I don't think it has to do with him making Maze angry, I think it has to do with him not wanting to hurt her any more than he already did, not wanting to be the type of person who has a secret relationship and dates someone behind their friends back, and wanting to concentrate more on his "quest".

Yeah I think he needs to do things naturally and try his best to do the right thing to get his powers back.

Yep

Cause right now he's doing the right thing but it's motivated by him wanting to get his powers back, and when you do something expecting something in return you're not truly doing it out of selflessness

Maze doesn’t seem to get hurt easily, but that’s nice of him to think of her. I don’t ship them. Are there many fans of him being with Maze? I prefer him with Dr. Linda or single.

Honestly I like Amenadiel but I kinda wanted to slap him for what he said to Maze about her hurting Linda, like I get why he said it but it hurt Maze so...

Yeah I wanted to slap him, too

He's looking at this situation in a weird way. I'm glad he said "you dumped me" though, it shows that the only reason he tried to move on was because Maze dumped him. But he needs to be more sensitive.

Yeah, he does, I don't think he understands what the true problem was, I think he's looking at the situation thinking Maze is just throwing a hissy fit over him when that is not the case.
