As for the episode.. Awesome! I do think there's some mysteries to be looked into. How'd Charlotte cope with losing a large proportion of her life? The court case, being Lucifer's mother, her murder while working with the police...

I hope the writers stay in context.

Yeah and maybe Charlotte will be the key to Dan and Chloe finally finding out the truth about Lucifer/Maze/Amenadiel/Mom.

I think it very important to remember that while anthropomorphizing the family is nice, these beings are not human.

They work with police detectives. These police are not stupid.

Linda is not in the dark. Indeed, I thought the character became more important upon learning the truth than it had been.

We shall see.

Yeah Linda was always a good character but after learning the truth she became so essential. I want the same to happen to the rest of the characters who are in the dark.

True. It would be rather shocking if Charlotte's character was not to come back. But then again, bigger TV plot holes have been produced in the past....

The character of Charlotte should not come back based on what happened in this episode as it would be I think illogical for that to happen.

Well she does work in the same "business" as Chloe and Dan so it wouldn't be insane for her to be present.

The thing to remember is that while they don't go into it much Lucifer is a show that deals with the supernatural so a character who was dead like Charlotte coming back is not logical following the rules of the show.

That's true, Mom entered a DEAD body, so Charlotte being alive is weird.

Well, ''Charlotte'' apparently is gone. It's another person now. Are people big fans of Charlotte? I think that season finale would've been a good time to have her character killed off somehow. It looks like now Lucifer will still be stuck with her in his life.

Quick correction on my previous statement I meant to say that it's not illogical following the rules of the show not that it's not logical following the rules of the show. This is a program that deals with supernatural elements providing writers with an easy loophole for bringing characters back from the dead.

Charlotte sticking around has nothing to do with wether or not a lot of people are fans of the character; it has to do with the network liking the actress that plays the character (and the writers feeling as if they could utilize the character more), Tricia Helfer the actress who plays Charlotte was promoted to series regular before s2 even premiered.
