2x17 - "Sympathy for the Goddess" Episode Discussion - Airs May 22nd
2x17 "Sympathy for the Goddess" When the man who had the final piece of the Flaming Sword is murdered and the piece goes missing, Mom joins Chloe and Lucifer on the case to track down the killer. But when Lucifer gets sidelined, Maze recruits him to help save Dr. Linda's endangered career and confronts him about the secrets he's been keeping. Gonna watch tonight  ETA: Amazing episode! Maze  She was incredible. That Lucifer/Maze scene at Linda's office was the best. Also, Dan/Amenadiel bonding  Chloe was SO pretty and did such a good job. And nice to see more of Charlotte involved in the episode as a whole. I'm so excited for next week!__________________

Awesome episode. All the characters got to shine.
Loved the unusual scenes pairing Dan/Amanediel and Charlotte/Ella. __________________

Wonderful episode. It was cool to see some "unusual" pairings interacting with one another. Can't wait for next week, looks like it's gonna be awesome!

This season has been amazing with developing new relationships between characters instead of just Lucifer/Chloe, Lucifer/Amenadiel and Lucifer/Maze. I think pretty much every character has interacted with everyone, correct me if I'm wrong

Almost. There's some characters that haven't interacted with Trixie yet, and I don't think Ella has met Amenadiel. But other than that pretty much every adult character has interacted with one another

Maybe they had a brief encounter? Or most likely than not somebody has mentioned him to her and she's made a comment? Honestly, there's been so many character interactions this season its hard to keep track

Am I the only one who thinks Ella is like a grown-up version of Trixie? I find their characters surprisingly similar.
