yeah who knows how reliable it is...
even if it is true, then i know that it probably contributed to his death which is of course heartbreaking, but at the same time, that is what makes heath such a phenomenal actor. he always dedicates himself 100% to roles and makes it something to really be proud of

Yeah thats true. I can understand the role affecting him, it could affect anyone. The Joker is a creepy creepy guy but still not sure about the atricle.

I see that as a sign of a good actor, getting that involved with a character. Method acting is something a lot of the really good actors incorporate into their roles so I don't think I would blame the movie for what happened. He was taking pills for various things, one of them being insomnia which Michelle had mentioned (in some interview) that he'd suffered from in the past. So I honestly don't think the movie is to blame for what happened.

Very good point Rai. I honestly admire actors who try not to act but to put themselves in their characters. I think Heath was that kind of actor. He didn't try to be the actor but he put himself in the character and respond or react to it accordingly.
Though, good actors should also know the line between real life or perceived real. I don't think Heath lived in a perceived real world. Sometimes, media just had to blame something or someone to sensationalize a story. It sells, unfortunately. Public sometimes buy it and it's scary, not only for the family and his daughter also for Hollywood.

Totally Gay. I dont believe for one second that the movie was to blame and I always love that he gets so involved in his characters, he knows them in and out and it shows on screen.

exactly, Mel I loved Heath because he loved his work and he put his heart in it. He was so good that you, as the audience, can relate (or hate) to his character.
This movie will only add to the list of masterpieces Heath had given us and we'll support him because we believe in his talent as an actor.

I'm positive that Heath, as I've said, put his heart in the role, but not became the role in real life. He knew better than that. He was a responsible father, I think if Heath was losing his way in the dark, all he had to think about was Matilda and everything will be sunshine again.

If Heath was struggling with letting the character overtake him and who he is Im sure he was fighting it and like you said Ims ure the thought of Matilda is what kept him going in everyway possible. She's his light.

wow.. that article.. sounds creepy.. but kind of I feared that somthing like that could have happened when I read that he locked himself in for a month to get used with the character of the joker..

I cant wait to see this movie.. I like batman films (some more then the other) never got around to watch the last one actually, and I don't have much interest in it either, but the trailer for this one seems good.. I can't wait till its released in Holland
