We know that Q's can time travel, and if Q has his son with him, we'll know that they started after he was born. Well, it makes sense to me anyways.

Actually, it makes sense to me as well. And, I suppose they could always have Q erase the day or whatever to make it so that no one would remember what had happened.

There are definitely ways to make it work. Like with the Xindi... You would figure with them being so powerful and so important to earth's history that they would have been mentioned in later series...

Especially when the Xindi are capable of space travel ...

On the other hand, if humans manage to annihilite the Xindi, I can see where future generations would want to cover up or convienently forget it.

I would hope by that time we have evolved enough to not do such things. Then again...

hehehehe, and to really mess with people....

Let's all remember that the continuum exists outside of normal space time, so theoretically, Q and his son can go anywhere and anywhen.

Also Chris, a big screen production of Hitchhikers guide is in the works. Good books.

lol ... you must have dug around to find this thread.

The Q episodes from all the series are on my favourite list. We were familiar with the character, and knew something interesting was about to happen, but they didn't over use him.

Corbin Bernsen as the first "other" Q we ever met (Trelayne notwithstanding) was a hoot as well!
Michelle Forbes was always excellent in her recurring role as Ensign Ro!

I liked that episode.

Can't say that Ro was ever a favourite of mine. I always found her a bit ... defensive.

Well Bajorans had to e defensive cause of everything they went through with the occupation and everything. It would be hard for them to trust others and i could see how they have become slightly xenophobic, a few Bajorans not withstanding like Kira who fell in love with Odo even though technically he was a Bajoran.

Good point. I never really thought of it that way. But yes, that would explain her defensiveness by times.

Loved Ro.
Wasn't Michelle offered the role of Nerys in Deep Space Nine or at least they asked her about being in the new series?
