thanks Chris...I wanted a pretty Opening Post for the Holidays....

It's very festive.

Might need to borrow a wheelchair for mom until she can get assessed for purchasing one of her own. Sis is in charge of that. Also, found out that there's a couple of doctors in town who visit the nursing home and mom might be able to switch to one of them once she's in her room. That would be much more convenient than me having to take her to any appointments.

Dave - sis is in charge of organizing a loaner wheelchair, so that's something off my shoulders

Tracey - any plans for your time off?

I should start some Christmas wrapping. Also need to sort out my donations for the food & toy drive. The high school students come door to door collecting for the Christmas hamper programme.

Today was tiring, can't wait for my time off. I also need to finish cleaning more before my mom comes to visit, but with not feeling 100% after a long day at work makes me want to just curl up under some blankets and watch TV/sleep.
