The story was not thought-through. It was just an excuse to have Borg around a lot by making it their space. Many planets were assimilated closer to the Borg Hub which seemed to be the central base of operations for the Collective. I dont believe the Voyager ever investigated any of the planets but there was never a homeworld revealed as the starting point for the Borg. Wish I could be more help on this particular question.

It's been entirely too long since I watched any of them.

With a title like 11001001, I am going to take a wild guess that it was the episode with the Binars.

Martin - I was feeling that way too.

Randy - good guess. I didn't remember it as being a great episode, but I enjoyed it.

I just watched the four episodes of Star Trek Continues. Although the casting was questionable, especially Spock, the man playing Scotty does a great job. And the visual effects are better than the original! If only that visual technology had been available fifty years ago.

I do not any production and distribution details, other than it is a fan produced production. So it is probably only available on the internet. It is surprisingly good. As I mentioned before, technically it is better than the original. They also reproduced the sets, props and uniforms perfectly. It is like watching TOS with different cast members. Although the acting is not as good for the most part. However, a few of the people are very good. I am currently downloading Star Trek II New Voyages. According to random people on the internet, it is supposed to be very similar.

Whenever (if) it finishes downloading, I shall report back on its quality.
