I hope so. He plans on moving to a nearby city in September but is willing to see what develops.

In that case, it would be a good excuse to stay in touch and have weekend marathons.

Obviously CBS's plan is to encourage people to watch their new network, but it will encourage more people to use torrents than pay for yet another channel.

People don't want to pay more for another channel they might want to watch 1 or 2 shows on. Some people don't even bother with cable anymore and just use streaming services. If there's something they really want to see, they'll find a way to access it.

Since I live in China, the easiest way to find what I want is to use torrents. Although downloading newer stuff means using illegal torrents, it is better than searching stores and electronic markets hoping to find things. Movies are easy to find, but most American and British television shows are not available, nor are rugby matches. (And who wants to wait a year ignorance before watching?) In the latter cases, torrents are the only way I can watch some things, whether individual torrents are legal or illegal. If American networks choose to go the route of putting their best shows on premium channels, many people will choose to download the programmes illegally. (I on the other hand, have no choice. )

If people want to see something, they generally find a way.

I'm surprised we don't have any casting news yet.

I am as well. I wish we knew a little more about this series, like when it is set. Ive heard rumors it could take place not long after STVI:The Undiscovered Country...

Guess we'll have to wait and see. Or at least until we get some spoilers.

I definitely wouldn't mind a few general spoilers.
