I suggest uploading pics only to tumblr or a big hoster like imgur. Those smaller hosters come and go.

Originally I was using PhotoBucket, but switched to imgur. Here's hoping that imgur plans to stick around.

I've read a few. People can be very creative and put effort into staying in character.

The best way I can think of to describe it is people assuming established characters, then collectively writing a story based on those characters. Often there's a prompt to set the initial scene, then each person contributes according to their assigned character, and the story develops from there. Did that make sense?
