I had a productive day getting the laundry and vacuuming done. Also did some mending and went out to the store.

I think I went out once as an adult trick or treating one year, but it doesn't really interest me. I do like buying discounted chocolate if there is any left in the store, but usually the good stuff is gone when I get around to looking.

Yep. As a kid I didn't think much of the people who handed out cans of pop.

the lady down the street here is a dental hygienist and hands out toothbrushes & toothpaste.

The parents are probably more impressed with that then the kids are.

I'm going to a presentation this afternoon by the local travel club. It should be interesting to hear what trips they're planning for next year.

Enjoyed the travel presentation today. There's a Rocky Mountaineer train trip being organized for next year that sounds interesting.
