Since we went to the food truck roundup for our dinner, tonight, and since they don't provide tables, we drove my Bus. As we started eating, there was a knock on the door, and a man and a woman were there asking to take our picture for the roundup's Instagram page:



Every time the girl would snap a photo, the guy would look at it and say, "Let's back up and try again..."

Got caught in an absolute downpour this morning , meeting up with friends after work today..

Had mom out to the doctor this morning. She's still feeling tired and nauseated all the time, but it's probably just due to her Parkinson's. She did seem to feel a bit better after being out, so hopefully she's on the mend.

Can't say that I do. I think I've seen the show you're talking about, though. Seems like my wife has watched an episode or two of that one

In my defense, that was the third or fourth picture she took, and no one said, "Okay, I'm taking the picture now!"

Parkinson's sucks. No two ways about it.

Mom's been lucky. She was diagnosed with it several years ago, but it's only been the last year that her symptoms have progressed that it's apparent that she has it. Hopefully mom eats her supper tonight. I invited her but she thought what they were serving in the dining room sounded good.

Might go see the in-laws this weekend.

My uncle has been living with Parkinson's since the '90s. He's not running any marathons, but he's still able to sit up and take nourishment (as Dad would say). My father was diagnosed in 2003, and left us in 2010. It's such a variated and pernicious ailment. No love for Parkinson's, here.

Had a lovely night out with friends last night , good Christmas catch up and also finished my wrapping for the year
