The main thing is they're more likely to get killed than the man in the car. In ER they called them "donorcycles".

That's an interesting set. It has a really dark feel somehow. Probably due to the first pic.

As to the quote, it's not the first movie or tv show to find success through DVD sales.

Dredd made a killing in DVD. Great film.

Still not gotten around to watching Dredd. I always meant to. I always used to read the comic version, although it was a bit disturbing at times. I know the film with Karl is better than the Stallone version.

Dredd also has great female characters. Olivia Thirlby and Lena Headey are great in it.

I haven't seen Dredd either. Can't say that it appeals to me.
