Wasn't there a pregnant male on TNG or VOY? I seem to recall either Picard or Janeway discussing a male crew member being pregnant with the resident doctor. I'm leading more towards VOY.

I mean we never actually saw said crew member, but it was mentioned.

I always felt a bit upset that we didn't actually get to hear Archer's speech in the finale, they faded out and then we went on to another scene I believe.

hmm ... I don't remember that.

Pregnancy - Memory Alpha, the Star Trek Wiki
Quote:
Males of Vilix'pran's species, a winged race from the Alpha or Beta Quadrant, were known to carry their young (referred to as budding). (DS9: "Heart of Stone")

Male pregnancy in non-humans may be relatively common, as Quark became confused when he mistook that Miles O'Brien was pregnant instead of his wife, Keiko, stating "I thought your females carried your young." It is also possible that Quark was joking. (DS9: "Accession")
As to the finale, I was totally disappointed in it. Having Troi & Riker guest might have worked if they didn't totally take over the episode.

I'm tempted to rewatch Season Four in anticipation for the movie.

I gave in and started to rewatch Season Four. I loved the little mini arcs the season did.

I did too. Thought they were much more effective than the season long Xindi storyline. Which arc is your favourite?

Well I enjoyed the season-long Xindi, even if it did go on a bit long.

I'm not sure which arc I enjoyed the best, but I can tell you which one I didn't care for, and that's the Klingon/Clone arc with Brent Spinner. I guess it had to be done to bridge the gap between Enterprise and TOS in relation to the Klingon appearence, but still it was boring as all to me.

Really? That was one of my favourites.

I think the whole Xindi storyline would have worked much better if it was condensed.
