No it did seem very quick and I was a T/T fan to some degree. I could have went either way with Archer or Trip really when it came to T'Pol.

It's nice to have the different perspective. It took a while, but I eventually accepted Trip & T'Pol as a couple.

The Sci-Fi channel is running an Enterprise marathon today from 8:00 am eastern time to 5:00 pm eastern time.

I need to start back watching Season Two, I was near the ending when I got sidetracked. I was enjoying my re-watch.

I may have to watch some eps now that I know the plan of the series.
I saw a lot of episodes , when I first started watching. I watched the eps in order until sometime after they started looking for the Xindi.

I don't care much for triangles either. Once they started to hint at a Trip/T'Pol relationship, they pretty much went full speed ahead with it. There weren't any scenes of a jealous Archer or anything like that.

No it was in no way a triangle with Archer.

See I enjoyed the third season long arc with the Xindi, although by the end of it I could care less about the Xindi when they tried to make us see that they weren't all bad. I was just like blah.

RAJIIN airs today on the Sci-Fi channel.
The NX-01 gets closer to a showdown with the Xindi when Captain Archer takes on an enigmatic passenger: a beautiful slave named Rajiin.

By that point I think most people felt let's just be done with this and move on. If it was a storyline that was providing background on an established species, then maybe I would have found it more intriguing. As it was, we knew that the Xindi weren't mentioned in any of the other Trek series, so the story wasn't really going anywhere.

I really figured they were going to wipe out the Xindi because like you said, they were never mentioned in other Treks.

I can see where the Enterprise writers wanted the opportunity to deal with an original species where they wouldn't have to worry about continuity. The idea of the species evolving to mammal, reptiles, birds, etc yet all getting along and working together was intriguing. It's too bad they didn't explore that more.
