Alien species discussion

Best aliens in the star trek universe that just appeared in one or two episodes and who you would have liked to see more of.

No, they weren't and yes, they're probably trademarked as different franchises.

I enjoyed the Andorrians.

It might have been nice to revisit the Mintakans.

Proto-Vulcan humanoids ... whose evolution closely parallels that of Vulcan.
I disagree. They are a lost Romulan colony.

I confess I didn't care as much for that episode. Some Trek stories allowed for the spiritual. That one, I felt, was one among too many that went to some lengths to discredit spirituality.

Actually, one culture comes to mind that I wish more had been done with: Ressikan. True, Kataan was destroyed 1000 years before the show's continuity, and it would have been difficult to write a whole episode around a lecture or something like that, but one of the last things Eline said to Kamin was "Tell them of us." Apart from the episode Lessons, the Ressikans were never spoken of again.

I do not remember the Ressikan, but one archaeological culture I would have liked them to have gone into more depth with was the Iconians.

They were mistaken. They are Romulan. They Vulcans are also divergent Romulans.

Are the Andorrians the blue skinned species with antenas. If so they appeared quite a few times on Enterprise.
