Star Trek was my introduction to Anton. I haven't seen him in anything else.

as long as the storyline is decent, I think people will go see the film regardless of an actor's personal issues. Any publicity is good publicity.

I hope that's the case. I haven't seen much of his other stuff, just Charlie Bartlett and Terminator - I actually really liked him in that.

Tom Cruise still seems to have life at the box office.

this film has Jodie Foster too, and I imagine she'll be a bit of a draw.

i've seen him in alpha dog, terminator salvation, new york i love you and fierce people besides Star Trek. I still need to watch Charlie Barlett. I should put that down on my movie challenge list hehe.. Fierce People was extremely weird. Kristen Stewart is in it. I was watching Kstew's previous works and that was one of them and he so happened to be in it painting body artwork is a highlight scene

Although I'm not really a big fan of too much body art.

Anton Yelchin Set To See Dead People In Stephen Sommers' Odd Thomas
Quote:
Yelchin has signed on to star in Odd Thomas, an adaptation of the book by Dean Koontz. In the story, he would play the title character, a young man who, thanks to his dysfunctional upbringing, can talk to dead people. The film is set to be directed by Stephen Sommers, though no start date has yet been announced.

You're welcome. I like seeing Trek actors involved in other projects, not only to see them diversify, but in the hopes that it will bring new fans to the Star Trek franchise.
