I thought it was pretty good. The "tellerites" seem to have a few pig like qualities, I thought the "mud bath" was pretty funny.

The end threw me for a loop. A remote control Holographic Space ship. There sure making sure humans don't see Romulans. Which actually makes sense if you want to keep continuity.

Part 2 should be good. As usual I will have to wait until tomorrow when UPN re broadcasts it to see highlights for next week. I wonder if thats when the "federation" talks will be born?

Once again I missed it. I'll have to wait for tomorrow night when it re-airs.

I don't understand why you would call the ship "Holographic?" I just figured the guy was operating it in a virtual remote fashion. Remember how the Romulans talked about blowing it up before they would let anyone get their hands on it. Unless by holographic you mean the ability to change it's appearance and weapons signatures. The ending was pretty cool though. And yes the previews for next week did show a big to-do about the beginnings of the Federation.

The one issue I had with the episode was the fact that Shran and his group were able to escape custody so easily. Come on, only one guard outside the door and after all the shots that were fired no reports were made till they were already in the Tellerites quarters....just something that nagged at me a bit. That is all.

Me too, but hubby said he had guessed that it was remote controlled. The holographic emitters to change it's appearance were cool.

The beginning had me going. Thought Hoshi had somehow reverted to the annoying whining child she was in season 1. I was glad to see that was just an act.

Loved the way Shran's antennae drooped when he had to give the abandon ship order.

It was nice to get closure about T'Pol's marriage to Koss. Was quite happy to hear her say it was officially over.

All in all, I thought this was a terrific episode.

I was thinking the same thing, for a second there I thought I was seeing some kind if weird Season 1 episode that never aired before.

Porthos being a delicacy? I hope Archer took Hoshi's advice and hid him quite well.

I liked the ship, I had a suspicion something was up when they beamed onto the ship and they weren't detected or anything. Then when they got to the bridge and no one was there.

I like how at the end it showed the Romulan planet.

So here's my 2 cents.

I liked it...but I think I'll like next week more.

I have problems with the remote controlled ship....the connection to it should be traced somewhere.

I do like that they're trying to make Romulans the sneaky bastids that they should be....very nice.

Did I mention lt. Talas? Grr baby...she sure can put the smack down.

Talas did look good. I guess Andorra has fashion stores. The episodes with Andorrans in them seem to be the better ones in this series. It did not surprise me about Shran and Talas having a relationship. Don't Andorrans have multiple spouses anyways? I know they don't like being alone.

I guess I should of said "Remote controlled ship with Holo emitters".

Romulus sure does not change much between now and Nemesis. The romulans in ENT seem to be advanced as Humans are in the TNG/DS9/VOY era.

Yeah, I think you did mention that once or twice. Now we know what defines a good episode for you - the female guest stars.
