I actually thought we got those news already before, I mean the season 2 renewal when it was revealed that the doctor might return for season 2.

especially when they have a renewal. I don't mind episode arcs throughout the season, but don't like to be left hanging at the end of the year.

The old trek shows were all like that though. I mean on tng they had a cliffhanger literally every season.

But yes I don't like them either. Not at all.

The Best of Both Worlds and Time's Arrow were both really good finales. Even better now I can watch the finale and premiere together.

Yes I liked those too, they were the best. But also redemption part 1 and 2 was good.
