I was reading the episode description and I asked myself, Narissa, who's Narissa? It's the evil Vulcan sister. My fiance and I didn't know her name since her first appearance.

This episode gave me so many emotions! Especially from Deanna Troi! She made me cry.

Oh this was a lovely eppy, all because of some of the TNG family reuniting and yes fan service , but I don’t care

- Hugh and Elnor teaming up to defeat the Romulans, I like this team
- Aww Deanna and Will named their daughter after Deanna’s sister . Lovely opening scene with Picard/Soji and Kestra and did like that Picard mentioned his heart
- Kestra putting her foot in it regarding Soji
- The hug between Deanna and Picard , and her knowing she was in trouble
- Aww the reunion of Will and Picard , and him knowing he was in trouble
- Will and Deanna losing their son…
- So Will has turned into a pizza chef I loved that Will took a step back regarding what Picard was doing, but knowing he was there for him
- See this is what I missed, the Picard of old. The family vibe. This is what the show has been missing.
- Hugh!!! , I can’t believe they did that…I wanted to see Hugh have his own ship and help in the ex-Borg people…all in all though, bad writing. Just going for the shock value
- I loved that Deanna gave Picard a bit of what for, good. About time someone said that and Picard didn’t mind one bit…
- I really like the development friendship between Kestra and Soji, helping her though the big reveal and for what was to come.
- So Agnes has got a big guilt trip for what she has done, about time. She should have told them though instead of drastic actions.. TBH though still not bothered by Agnes, Rios and Raffi. Don’t really care about those characters
- Elnor, however, someone save that boy!
- Loved the dinner scene with Picard , the Riker’s and Soji and Kestra finding out where was Soji’s planet, think Kestra might go into Starfleet
- Great end scene with Will and Picard, knowing if he needs any help, Will is there
- Picard, Will and Deanna hugs at the end , the TNG theme throughout the episode, oh man the feels .

Can’t we just have TNG family back seeing where they are in their lives now

Loved this episode! It was great to see Riker and Troi and their family home.

I was upset about Hugh though, especially as he was left to bleed out on the floor without anyone trying to save him.

I was glad Agnes had a guilt trip, she deserved it, but maybe redeeming herself a little...

I think the main problem of Rios and Raffi is they come across as so dumb!

I was very glad Picard was with people who call him Jean Luc though. Maybe that's reserved for his best friends?

about your points Claire, esp. about Rios and Raffi, just get rid of them..

I'm sure it is...I must admit it took me a few mins to Riker and Deanna calling him Jean-Luc , but once I got used to it, it was so natural

I'm still about Hugh, I thought he was going to help ex-Borg across the galaxy, but the writers thought of this

- Poor Hugh!!!

- Loved that Picard thought of going to the Rikers for a safe haven.

- Like that Deanna told Picard what she really thought. Also that Will guessed so much about what was going on with Picard.

- It must have been so hard on the Rikers to lose their son.

- the Rikers obviously talk a lot about their time on the Enterprise with Kestra

- it's so sweet that Will calls Deanna "Imzadi"

- found it very realistic to have Soji be wary of Picard's motives, especially after everything she's been through with Narek

- from what we've seen of Raffi until now, I really didn't buy her being comforting to Agnes

- Agree with Tracey that I'm finding it really hard to care about Rios, Raffi & Agnes

agreed, but it does seem that her walls are slowing going down...really glad that Deanna drummed into Picard what Soji had been through..

I liked that scene though. Someone on a podcast suggested Raffi and Rios might already suspect Jurati as being the host of the tracker and they were playing "good cop / bad cop" to get her to spill the beans.

Never thought of it being a good cop/bad cop set up. It could have been a nice friendship scene between the women. It just seemed totally out of character for the Raffi we've seen to this point.

I hope that we'll see him again. They've killed enough characters already.

Agree that it was nice to have bits of the TNG theme as background music.

I haven't seen the episode yet, but it sounds like quite some nonsense.

There should've been a scene where hugh meets his old friend geordie again. But I bet nobody of the poeple making this show ever saw the hugh episode from tng.

I didn't get the impression that Rios and Raffi suspected Agnes at all. That's why they came over as quite dumb to me. There was clearly something wrong and they repeatedly missed opportunities to find out what it was.

The death of Hugh was pointless, and the execution of it was awful, he could have least died in a better way, not because he wasn't hiding very well. Then to pull out the knife and make very little attempt to stop the bleeding, was a rubbish way to end it. I'd say it was a plot device, but I really don't know how the plot was improved by it.

Fortunately those scenes were not the majority of the episode, which is why I enjoyed it. It gave nostalgia vibes and I started watching TNG from the beginning again yesterday...
