Yeah, the language scene was great!!! (I didn't realize there was German in it though, maybe didn't pay attention there.)

I don't think it was the weirdest episode (anyone remember "Treshold" or "Spock's Brain"?), but it was definitly a good weird one!

Reno & Stamets are great and the mushroom jokes are the best!

At Saru's "triggered biological process" I first rolled my eyes a bit, but I like what they did with it in the end.

Pike starts to grow on me.

They switched languages so quickly, it was hard to keep up. Just when I thought I recognized something, they were on to the next.

Pike is growing on me too. And I really like Reno. Her snark reminds me of McCoy.

Agree about liking Pike. I still miss Lorca, but Pike is growing on me.
