Yeah, I couldn't find a synopsis. Somehow I'm guessing it refers to Tyler, but it could be relevant to other storylines too.

I enjoyed this episode more than last week's one, despite the torture scenes.

It was great seeing Tilly trying to help Stamets.

It was also good to see Sarek back this episode.

Great to see Michael persuading Lorca to let her do the right thing.

I'm glad the thing with Ash was found out, although I have to say I still don't understand it, how what the Klingons did caused two personalities to co-exist.

It was nice they had a nice moment together before that, but when they were together after Michael realised, I feared for her, I thought he would try to kill her.

However when she beamed him herself I knew she had some sort of plan, and he wasn't getting executed.

I didn't get Lorca's reasons for staying.

And now the surprise identity of the Emperor. I have to say I didn't see that coming.

I preferred last week's episode. Torture scenes just make me want to tune out.

Loved Tilly's confidence, and that she fought to try her ideas for helping Stamets

The mild meld with Michael certainly gave Sarek something to thing about.

It was fun to see Andorians and Tellerites again.

Enjoyed the tender moment between Michael and Ash before they took him away. Suspected that Michael was up to something when she wanted to beam him out, but not sure how they'll manage him going forward.

@ the Empress being the Admiral!

^Yeah, I can do without scenes like that personally. Not that they were particularly graphic compared to other shows, but I'd prefer to do without them.

I don't get the klingon thing either. Seems a bit strange to me.

I liked that the andorians and tellarites in this show look the way they should. Just don't get why they couldn't keep the klingons looking like klingons too. I mean that was a quite dumb decision to make them look like big grey monsters. I also hope that in future seasons there will be other topics than human-klingon relations. Bc I have grown a bit tired of these fanatic monster aliens (I normally like klingons more). As for big moster aliens I would like to see a focus on the gorn in upcoming seasons. At the time of Captain Kirk the gorn were quite a danger too. So that would be nice to know more about them.
