Yeah, exactly. The kiss just made Zoe want to deny what she felt by just saying she was happy with Joel. But that doesn't change anything. It's not like she could make her heart feel what she wanted it to feel. It doesn't exactly work that way. She loved Wade no matter what she tried to do.

She did, & the fact that she so easily hid the kiss from Joel & never showed any guilt about that at all says a lot about how she felt about him

Yeah, the fact that she never told Joel about the kiss really spoke volumes imo. If Zoe was truly invested in her relationship with him. And plus, I think she was trying to hide the true nature of ZW's relationship from Joel and how serious it actually was when they were together. I mean, look at Zoe's reaction when she thought Wade was telling Joel stories about his relationship with her. She wanted to keep Joel thinking that she and Wade "just dated for a couple months."

Definitely, she knew that if she told Joel, he would have had questions for sure, & she was afraid that he would know she was lying when she tried to act like their relationship & the kiss wasn't a big deal

Yeah, exactly. And I definitely see Zoe coming up with some really bad lies and excuses for all the questions Joel would have. She was already pretty bad at hiding it to begin with and Joel didn't even know the seriousness of their relationship. I also think that if Joel new that Wade/Zoe were in a serious relationship with love involved, Joel would probably feel pretty uncomfortable with Zoe spending time with Wade and vise versa.

I think so too, he might question why she even came back to Bluebell in the first place...

Oh , yeah for sure! Because you know for a fact that Wade definitely had a factor in the decision to stay. Sure of course she loved Bluebell and it was home for her, but she missed Wade too.

Yeah, even if Wade would have gone through with moving to Atlanta, I don't think it would have lasted that long because I can't see Wade being able to deal very well with being away from Zoe like that.

Yeah, agreed. I think if Wade moved, he would have been there doing all the great things with the franchise but still feel like his life was missing something because his life was always complete with Zoe.

Yeah, Wade definitely wouldn't last very long. Maybe a few days to be honest. Or I could even see him not even to Atlanta yet and just driving back because he couldn't take it.
