So he does make a move in episode 5, not episode 4!

Yes, finally he does. An australian shipper has wrote on other forum that, on his country promo, they show a kiss between them, but it´s a quick kiss because they are interrupted by someone (they are in the kitchen of their office). Sadly, the australian shipper couldn`t recorded the promo, so we`ll have to wait until the episode airs. Based on what I've read on other forum that scene would be at the end of the episode, after the case is closed.

You can find the promotional picture above among others new ones of Red scare at this site: El mentalista - Imagenes promocionales de 2.05 Red Scare - Pizquita.com , but none of the others pictures are about the two of them.
