That's how they became enemies after all. lol
Bonnie was really the only one who didn't excuse Damon's bad behavior and he almost did kill her... but in his defense, he thought she was Emily at the time since he was seeing Emily.:look:

But after that, it's what made Bonnie become a stronger witch for she'd never be that vulnerable ever again.

Shows how smart Ian was in stating that.:lol: It's very obvious that she was the better and more healthy choice for him. She held him accountable and didn't excuse his bad behavior.
