I'm leaning towards Shep/Teyla myself, but I'll agree that Shep/Weir have had more shippy scenes together. I just... don't know if I like Weir all that much.

I need to read more fic and make up my mind.

I was so excited when I found this thread because I was strangely enough thinking about starting one myself when I found this one and was delighted. I love John and Elizabeth together and have done since they shared that look in the pilot episode - which I can't remember the name of at the moment - and they have so much chemsitry.

Hey all, thanks for the posts. i thougth I was the only one. I love "The Storm", and "The Eye" So shippery. Oh and the part in that episode where Sheppard was bitten by the mother of all bugs, and how much Elizabeth was concerned. I think it was 38 Minutes.

Hmm, well I think my current Atlantis ship is McKay/Shep, they’re my Jack/Daniel substitute

but I do like his and Weir’s interaction, esp. in Hot Zone.

Yes, they are some of my favorite episodes aswell. Just the concern and the chemistry between them in 38 minutes was wonderful and I would have loved to have known what he was going - or what she thought he was going to - say to her. You could almost touch the chemistry in the air

Also, John's reactions when she was kidnapped and threatened in the two parter spoke volumns. It was much more than just worrying about his leader and I loved the ending of the The Storm. He was so emotional and Joe was excellent with his facial expressions which again spoke volumns about how he feels about her.

I also love the look they share before he goes through the gate for the first time with Sumner in the pilot episode. They connected immediately

Another episode I really liked was Home . John and Elizabeth's belief in each other and the fact that they knew each other well enough to know what they would or wouldn't do was so cute. And John still thinking and worrying about Elizabeth - which even Teyla noticed - was endearing

They definitely are very cute together and they have so more chemistry than Sheppard/Teyla.

I hope they don't start a ship with them, then drag it out for years like with Sam & Jack. Too traumatizing

But I do think it's sweet that Shep cares about her and supports her.

I don't think they'll start a Sheppard/Teyla hookup, althougth they were the inteneded ship. Apparently people haven't warmed up to Teyla that much.

And as for Sam/jack. I like the years of S/J. Makes more for us to ship about, and when they do get together, which i pray TPTB do, it will be worth the wait.
