It may not make sense to people around her or even Buffy and Spike in the past, but they’ve grown strong as a unit and when everything was stripped away this season, they overcame - which was new for both characters and felt like an earned happiness for the best written characters in the series. In some of the very last panels, we see a scorched Buffy and Spike recuperating side by side with Buffy following up on an unfinished conversation that was the most genuine and fulfilling sendoff to season 11. BTVS Season 11 concludes in Excellence: Popwrapped.com Yeah even Critics love Spuffy ending this season.  Buffy and Spike choose each other which is the most powerful example of true love.  __________________

Spuffy do get great buildup then b/c Spike is back. She chooses to lean on him & he is there for her of course. The relationship is similar to Season 7. Buffy counts on Spike still more than anyone. Season 10 & 11 critics even agree feel the most like the show & Joss finally found middle ground that works for the first time in the Comics. Their issues had to do with them struggling with their selves as char. & fig. than their relationship Season 6 the most a lot in Season 7 actually as well. Spuffy in the comics though more understand their selves than ever before Season 10 & makes a huge diff. in how they can finally have this healthy relationship we all knew they could have eventually. Spike: What we have messy & not pretty but it's real. Spike said this in Crush Season 5 to Buffy. I think Always Pretty b/c of Seasons 6 & 7 both have Pretty Moments Then you add moments from Season 9 10 & 11 this is more true. I still don't see Comics as Canon with the show. That would mean I would have to see horrific Season 8 Canon! __________________
