I will always love when they saw each other for the first time. Darla was instantly captivated by Angelus and the other way around since Darla was probably the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.

I know! She just instantly saw something in him that she clearly didn't see with anyone else.

I would love to have seen the writers go into that a bit more, like have her talking about that night & what she felt then & why she picked him

I know! With Angel(us) and Darla, there was so much of their history to be told! So much more we could've gotten.

The Trial comes in first, that was easy

Then it gets hard... Darla probably comes in 2nd, then maybe Dear Boy, First Impressions (I really do love those dreams) & from there I might just to season 3 & have Lullaby. That's all off the top of my head though

#4: Lullaby
#5: "First Impressions"
Special mention: "The Prodigal"... I really wanted to put that episode on my list, I actually thought I would.. but as I typed the episodes down, I didn't.

We picked the same episodes, just a different order!

I was surprised too as I was picking that they were mostly season 2 episodes. I thought that it would be mixed up more with some of the season 1 flashback episodes, & the pregnancy arc in season 3 as well. I kinda wanted to mix it up more, but season 2 was obviously my fave for them

^ Anytime I re-watch season 3 I admit that I get a little bit upset at the fact the Angel/Darla part of the pregnancy arc didn't last longer since everything in "Offspring" besides the the Angel/Darla scene in the end really was a waste of time since it was more of agenda writing, so I felt we only got a solid 2 episodes of them that scene when it came to that arc and I just wanted more.

I would have loved for that arc to last longer, especially when she got to that point where she knew that she loved her child & was being open about that - imagine how much more their bond would have grown if that had more time like that?

I know! It feels like when they both had souls, their love story didn't last as long as it was when they were obviously souless! I would have loved to see a full years length of a storyline of how it'd be when they had souls.
