True - plus, with the way she just shows up, it wouldn't have surprised me if she showed up sometime in seasons 4 or 5 sometime & she had been resurrected offscreen at some point

For Angel, he died and got sired from of course Darla.
He did in BTVS season 2 and came back again. #2

So for Angel it's twice; Darla it's 3.

I just love their history and depth. One of those pairings that I appreciate so much more even during the re-watches.
Especially Angelus/Darla... before some of my rewatches, I don't think I appreciate them as much as Angel/Darla. Angel/Darla was really the main reason I was shipping them hard! But now during re-watches I appreciate both the same. lol
