I don't ship Dair, so I don't have that hope either. I just ship NS in this show (I like CB, but I don't SHIP them), so it's really disappointing for me watching this show.

I think DS happening right now is good in the long term , I may be completely off base but I think they may be killing them for good.

I think Serena is going to realize what she and Dan had was great for her back in time (I´d never believe that, but anyways) , that article said that Serena was going to look back while Dan was going to move forward, meaning Serena is gonna reflect about her past and come to terms that whatever her obsession with Dan is not love while Dan is going to fight for Blair??

This season has been about Serena's growth, and I think is what this silly SL will turn out to be.

Honestly I'm not so sure anymore about that. I'm note sure she'll really understand that it's time to move on and stop thinking about Dan.


My problem is not with Dan - I can be happy that he loves Blair and doesen't think anymore about Serena - my problem is with Serena: she's the one who should be with Nate and understand that. But she doesen't, she still thinks about Dan.

If really writers want to show that (and probably reactivate NS) we should see it, a little bit at least. Instead we have nothing. We "suppose" this will be positive for us, in the end...but I'm not so sure.

And if they want to do it like in the last episode of the season...well NO. They would do the same they did in season 3, I'm sure. I'm wonder why with NS they're always like "put them together in two episodes" and with DS they don't. Oh, and last but not least: if really she "sees the light" at some point, Nate will always look like her second choice. Awesome.

It just hurts a lot. I know the ship is sinking. I know it might have sunk already and I don't want to admit it. BUT NATE'S FACE when she and Dan announced their 'relationship'. AND WHEN HE LEAVES it's just kind of heartbreaking. I am overanalyzing and seeing too much but God, it hurt.

He wasn't there when they kissed. He wasn't anywhere. This just broke my heart even more. He had to stay alone somewhere. He wasn't even with Chuck. :sad:

And when she goes to talk to him he looks upset for a single bit, but as soon as she starts talking, it all disappears and she's all cute and happy and they laugh around and make jokes and it he smiles and looks down like he is thinking: I have to stop. Enough.

I JUST CAN'T. Serenate is too much.

As I said I doubt they will put NS together again, sadly. I don't know if the writers really want DS again, but with NS
