I'm happy for S's storyline, but I'm worried about what Serena will do with it all.
I am pretty confident that Nate will stand by her, because her wuvs her.
However, Serena is the type of person to push people away when her world comes crashing down. I don't want that to happen to my bbs.

Finally read through the episode recaps. I honestly didn't realize that my hate for Jenny could get any deeper but after the recaps, it has. I can't imagine how I"ll be when I actually see it. She seriously needs to GTFO already. I want to start a countdown until I don't have to see her skank ass on GG anymore.

I am glad that Serena kicked Carter out of the car and told him that she loved Nate very much. I have such a love/hate relationship with angst but it usually leads to awesome storylines so I'm excited for the next few episodes. I just wish that Jenny wasn't involved in all this crap. NJ dancing?

This episode seems interesting except some scenes particularly those with NJ. Otherwise, if N is jealous of C & S said that she loves N I do not see why we should worry about, well, I don't like that NJ gets closer. Indeed, N is disappointed because S is left with C and I hope not to see a kiss between NJ but it seems that S arrives on time and then they are a conversation that seems intense.I think that NS will be reconciled in 19.

Catching up a little before going to bed. I'm steering clear of the triangle discussion.

When it comes down to it, Jenny is inconsequential to me. She has no morals but I'll give her credit for being quite perceptive, persistant and crafty. Not that it will get her anywhere.

Nate and Serena's response to what others are doing with them is far more interesting in terms of understanding their characters. Serena made a mistake by lying and she ended up telling Nate the truth; she clearly mishandled the situation. At the same time, any question some might have had about her love for Nate, that seems to be answered in this episode. Serena loves Nate. And the situations in which Nate finds himself with Jenny during 3.18 and 3.19 are not of his own making. He's not seeing Jenny as any kind of threat now, and that's really all he needs -- a good look into her madness.

At this point, I'm actually much more interested in seeing 3.19 come and conclude than watching 3.18. If our spec is anywhere near right, Nate and Serena will have a chance to clarify the current Carter/Jenny static.

I'm with you on that, Makry. I've been so ready for the Daddy VDW story to finally get going.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to see tomorrow's eppy, so Chels, I'm looking forward to your clips later this week.

Hey Ilaria, I don't know if there is a compiled recap for us yet. You'll probably have to read the latter part of our previous thread and the beginning of this one to get an idea. From what I'm reading, it started OK for Nate/Serena got shaky in the middle with confusion over Carter's visit and Serena being seen with him, and ended with them separate (Serena going to see her Dad, Nate at the wedding reception with Crazy J). Oh, and Serena told Carter she loves Nate. I know it's a painfully inadequate recap, but I hope that helps a little.
