OMG - I was just thinking of starting this thread today but was afraid there wouldn't be any other shippers.

I started considering them after the second episode (when he texts him that she's thinking about him) and after the latest ep they have reached OTP status.

Yeah, I liked them from the get go. Never really got into Ryan and Lauren. And the last episode was just too much, I couldn't help but make a thread dedicated to them.
If you have any suggestions for the op or any arts you'd like to add just let me know. Because I'm kind of clueless, tbh. lol

Yeah, the last episode was gold. I didn't see it coming. I thought they'd keep us waiting.

Yeah, the show is pretty new and people need to get into it first. It takes time... they'll eventually join us.

I'm looking forward to seeing the next episode, but I'm almost a 100% sure that we won't get that many Ryan/Carrie scenes any time soon. :/ The writers love to tease. They'll probably go back and forth between Lauren and Carrie.

Yeah I don't expect anything significant between them soon. But as logn as we keep getting a few cute scenes between them now and then I'm happy.

Yeah of all my friends (and my friends watch a lot of tv) only one has started watching yet, but I'm sure they will all start watching it eventually - it always takes time for people to get into tv shows - I still remember being one of the few people who watched himym back when it first started and now I think everyone I know watches it (and I don't anymore )

I like to think everyone loved Mondler. They have to be the most well handled ship of all time. Just growth and never stupid drama just for drama's sake!! Perfect

Yeah, I'm fine with the little scenes they give us, too. As long as Carrie and that Steve guy don't become a thing, I'm fine. LOL

Here in Germany, I was one of the few who started watching HIMYM... no one even knew about it. But then they started to constantly air it on tv. It's kinda getting annoying, lol, because I feel like I know all the epsiodes by heart.

Yup, Mondler were flawless. No drama, no triangles. Can't ask for more.

Do you happen to watch Community? Someone on tumblr wrote that Ryan and Carrie were the new Jeff and Annie. I definitely hope that person is right!

Yeah I love Steve and I love Carrie, but I just don't feel any romantic vibes between them.

Yeah the same happened to me - when nobody watched I was obsessed and then everyone started watching and it's airing everywhere and I only occasionally watch it but only out of tradition I hardly ever laugh anymore.

I flove community and I totally loved when people posted the parallel on tumblr!!

I love how she always tries to be his wingman. I love their relationship, because they do have some similarities - their humour and all. And she does seem to understand all of his crazy. It's great that there is already a parallel for them.

I have great hope for these two. It's probably gonna be a long road, but a great one for sure!


for example in this episode she totally knew that Steven's approach was all wrong. (I kinda really want the gif where we can see her reaction as well, but can't find it).

They seem to know each other pretty well and they're very comfortable with each other. It will take a while for them to accept that they're more than friends. It's gonna be great though.

Right now, I think that since Lauren's engaged, there'll be a wedding in the season finale. I'm looking forward to that. I'm sure it's going to be chaotic since I don't think that she'll go through with the wedding. LOL

I think it will take quite a while for them to accept that they might want to be more than friends, but for now I am happy with the friendship scenes.

Oh I definitely expect there to be drama with Lauren's wedding. She was already unsure before saying yes and I can definitely see there being cold feet. She just doesn't seem to love him as much as he loves her. So there's bound to be drama there, but it would be great if Ryan took Carrie as his date - they would get to look pretty together

Yeah, I love their friendship, and I actually enjoy it when writers take their time and don't just focus on one couple. Because if they did, people would only watch the show because of that certain pairing without caring about the other storylines. So as of now, I can't complain.

Haha, yes we can already sense all the drama. lol It was very obvious that her feelings for him weren't that strong. The poor guy, he really seems to be a cool dude. lol
It would be nice if Ryan and Carrie went together, because that's the only way Carrie can attend the wedding right? As Ryan's plus one..
Or maybe Lauren does invite her and Ryan takes someone else with him. Either way, I think that they'll share some cute scenes, where he asks for her advice or something.
