Why is Belle referred to as “Belle French”? Isn’t she “Belle Gold”? In “Her Handsome Hero”, she even told Gaston that Rumple is her husband. I thought she changed her name when she got married, did she just keep her maiden name (that’s fine if she did, but I thought rumple asked “Mrs Gold” if she wanted a dance and I thought that was how she referred to herself)? Did I miss something? Is this going hand in hand with A&E’s interview where they said Belle won’t put her ring back on until Rumple wins her heart back? I guess they are kind of separated right now since she told Rumple she wanted to get back to Sbrooke first before she made her mind over what to do with their relationship?
