Why do you like Haley/Lucas as a couple?

I like LH as a couple because they
have to bring a lot each other and would so be it damage to pass next to a beautiful story of love//Candice

Although Lucas and Haley's friendship has been the most wholesome and innocent in the show to date, there had always been a feeling of deeper emotions dwelling beneath the surface.
I feel that if the writers ever explored into this detail we would have a brilliant romance story on our hands.
Similar to that of Nicholas Sparks characters in 'A Walk to Remember' and 'The Notebook'//Kristen

They have chemistry and a good foundation for a solid relationship.//Jaime

B/C they are best friends and so they would trust and love each other so much! //Michelle

For me I guess the main reason I love LH is because they are best friends, they find a comfort and a peace in each other that no-one on the show has. No matter what is happening in each others' lives they are always there for one another, they can rely on each other 110% and never have to worry about not having each other in their lives. I also love the fact that before basketball and cheerleaders it was just them, the party of two-against the world, they saw each other when everyone around them thought they were invincible.
I guess all that, together with Chad and joy's
unbelievable chemistry (which i believe to be the best on the show),
makes me believe in them as a couple. I also feel that throughout the show there have been
subtle hints suggesting an LH future (the looks,
the hugs, the jealousy-friends-no matter how close-don’t behave like that).
I truly believe they are soul mates, and destined to be together, i guess time will tell if it happens on the show but for me Lucas and Haley will always be the perfect couple.//Racheal

They are always going to be there for each other even when their other romantic relationships hit a rough patch. It's like with out each other their lives wouldn't be complete. When did you start to like them?

Right from the very word go and it was all thanks to their not so platonic glances they were sending each other, on the roof top in the pilot episode, that made me believe that there could be something more.//Kristen

What is your favourite scene?

My favourite scene is in season 1 at the Karen's Cafe when Haley is upset over Nathan and Lucas finds her sitting on the floor. Their foreheads touched from that moment on I could never been convinced that any other couple had better chemistry then them. // Jess

Wow!!! So many, but to be truth my favourite of all time about their scenes together is in season 1 the episode when Lucas and Haley first big fight, to me they seem like couple there //Novi

One of my many favourite is the cemetery scene in the last episode of s1//Michelle

There are too many to pick, but I would have to say the diner scene in 'Life in a Glass House'. Their chemistry was sizzling in that scene! //Kristen

My favourite scene would have to be when they're in the cafe after the basketball party in season one, it's either that or when they kiss in the Boy Toy Auction episode.//Bethany

So many but maybe the boy toy episode, when they have the balloon fight and later the kiss. And I love when they talked about their porn star name. //Maria

There are so many, in fact any LH scene makes me smile but I suppose you can't look pass the forehead scene and the boy toy kiss-they chemistry was unbelievable in both scenes and I really thought they were going to kiss (for real) in both. It's scenes like this, and subsequent ones like Haley telling Luke about the baby, that make me think LH have a real future together.//Racheal

My favourite scene must be the forehead scene. The scene it self was peaceful and they having their world made it more beautiful. // Aurora

The Porn Star Challenge




Since we have reached the milestone of ten threads on the couples board, something special is in order: fun. To reflect our Pornstar nature. Newbies of the thread or viewers in general are all allowed to participate in this event along with already existing members.


All are welcome with open arms!








Mission statement:



You will notice below icons with the famous Lucas/Haley hugs with adjoining spoiler boxes.


THESE ARE YOUR MISSIONS!


However you are only allowed to pick one of these hugs, which gives you only one mission to complete. If you complete your mission and inform both of the task masters of your success, you will receive an honoury title of the Famed Pornstar and an icon of this honour to wear if you choose.




But....



If you take up a mission and fail to go through with the set task, your name will go under a list of the infamous Shamed Pornstar list where it will remain for an entire thread for all to see. However if the thought of being put on the Shamed Pornstar list is too much to bear, you will be given an alternative choice of using a shamed icon instead - which is only set for twenty-four hours.







We wish you well in your endeavours and hope you have fun with your set mission.

You are sailing on a rough sea and your captain has ordered you to entertain him and the crew as their anger and frustration could cause them to jump ship. You must write a one shot fanfiction of Lucas and Haley - however what your story will be based on must be given to you by the task masters once you have informed them that you have received your mission.

# Hug 2

It’s a dark and stormy night, you have just fallen a sleep in front of your fireplace when a mysterious knock on the door awakes you from your slumber. You look at the clock and realise it is one in the morning, who could be visiting you this early? You make your way to the entrance of your house and find a mysterious letter wedged under the door. Curious you open the contents of the letter read the following, "you have been requested to make a Lucas and Haley manip by sources unknown, if you do not heed this letter there will be consequences." Act fast! Take this information to your task masters and wait for further instruction!

You have won an art competition and have been invited to attend a function where you will receive public acclaim; its a very important time in your life and you want to make the most of it. Show those people just why you won and make some party themed Lucas and Haley icons! Show them what you've got and don't forget to tell the task masters!

Make banners and icons and spread them on every thread possible, that includes threads in the One Tree Hill board, Chad Michael Murray board, Bethany Joy board, Couples board and fanart board! Don't forget to inform your task masters about this deed you are about to do!

You are driving down a desert road in the middle of nowhere, you haven't seen a town in hours let alone any living soul. Checking your map you realise you're lost and have no idea where you are. Oh no! You have reached a crossroad! You must choose a path....and whichever path you choose you cannot change your mind and pick the other one.

The road to your left it dark and shadowy, the road is in a bad condition but it does lead towards sunrise. However there are a lot of pot holes and you're worried that your car might not make it through the journey.

The road to your right is in good condition however you assume your eyes are playing tricks on you when you think you see a person in the distance. But why would they be standing in the middle of nowhere?

Because we are celebrating the tenth thread on the couples board, the theme is party! So take your time and make it good...!
