I adore anne and gilbert as well. Im getting Under the greenwood tree from Netflix in the next couple of days. I've never seen it so Im looking forward to it.
Summary: Young educated beauty Fancy Day comes to town to teach school and care for ailing father. Soon gossip around town turns to who Miss Day will marry. The lead contender is wealthy Mr. Shiner. Fancy however has also caught the attention of poor Dick Dewy and the Parson Maybold. Been watching quite a few Jane Austin movies the last couple of days. I watched Persuasion tonight. Wentworth and Anne are LOVE. I really do love the storyline. P&P will always be my fav of Janes work but Persuasion definatly is a close second.

Im reading pride and prejudice right now and am in love with Darcy and elizabeth. I also went out and got the book persuasion. So once Im done with P&P I will be onto that one.

My favourite period couple has to be John Thornton and Margaret Hale from North and South. I love the story and Richard and Daniella had such great chemistry and played the two characters so well.
I also love: Colonel Brandon and Marianne- Sense and Sensibility Mr Darcy and Elizabeth-Pride and Prejudice Mr Rochester and Jane- Jane Eyre- the Samantha Morton version |

North and South is a fantastic story. Great performances by both actors. I tend to watch the movie every other month.
YouTube - Margaret and John- Say ( all I need) video I did not to long ago of John and Margaret. I just started reading Pride and Prejudice. Its nice reading things you never knew about. __________________

A video with a TON of Period drama couples in there. Im starting on my Period drama kick again. I got middlemarch from netflix and watched that today. And now Im in the mood to watch North and South. __________________
