Actually season 5 made me apathetic to everything but Skate which is pretty sad because if I realize we arent getting Skate in season 6, I'll dump the show

Gosh, it's just so sad. But I totally agree. If I don't get any substantial SKate in, say, the first... eight episodes, it's hasta la vista for me

Honestly, I dont even feel bad about it, this show isnt good anymore. The overall plot stopped being original in season 3. Season 4-5 was terrible and had no creativity. The only thing left is Skate, so if I dont get that then Lost is useless to me

I know. After season 3 I felt like the writers had no idea what they wanted to do or where they wanted the whole thing to go. And during season 4 and 5 they practically ruined every single character. It's just awful. But I'm still here, mostly because of SKate, even though SKate season 4 and 5 sucked as well. I hope they can make me fall in love with them again in season 6.

Exactly. Every character is a carniture version of themselves because Dartlon probably ran out of ideas. I always felt that if they knew they were going to get six seasons, they should have spread out the storytelling accordingly. All the good characters died way too early in the show so now they dont have any other stories to tell without killing off the original losties which they always planned on doing in the last season. Thats why seasons 4-5 is so bad because they got too many seasons and had nothing to tell in the middle seasons lol. I also though the triangle was badly written in seasons 4-5 for the same reason. It came to a climax too early and the only way to go back on that climax was to write crap, which is why we got Jate in season 4 and Suliet in season 5. They wrote early season 3 so good that it was like Skate was IT and no other ending made sense, so then they backtracked on it all, which makes me wonder why they wrote that in the first place
