Diet checkup to those doing it.
How have you guys been doing on it? Been doing pretty good with mine. Still have not been exercising as much as I should but have been on par with my eating habits. I gave up sweets for lent and man it has been rough at times but so far I have lasted. I do think on Easter I will treat myself to a little something but nothing over board. I think the worst has been seen those Reese's eggs. I love that extra peanut butter and have not had one. __________________

My diet is going good. I lost 10 pounds. I am more cleansing my body. Good for you for cutting the sweets. Its not easy.

Good job Felicity! That's awesome. I cut out fast food and sweets. I lost 22 pounds so far since I started in Feb.

I'm Jewish so I have to say Happy Passover as well!
 (Actually my dad celebrates Easter so I had a quiet dinner at his house tonight after coming home from my Passover celebrations.)__________________

Happy belated Passover Steph.
Took a day away from my diet ( and ate way to much chocolate yesterday) but am back on it today. Even got a 45 minute work out in. __________________

Yum cheesecake sounds really good. I was good this time and eat small portions and leftovers next day.
