Yeah I guess I should say 2 episodes and Slabtown really seemed like it was going to go somewhere more (along with what we got in S4) but it was just there to lead up to her death. And that is such an awful way to write.

I don't feel like looking it up but didn't he also write her suicide attempt and decision to live all the way back in season 2? It was even more than just season 4 & 5. She was basically an original character that he created and molded and yet he took a giant dump on all of that.

I'll never understand it.

Her decision to live episode was actually the one I was referring to.

He gave her an episode and seemed like he really wanted to do more with her. And then we got S4 stuff and Slabtown (though not all were written by Gimple but still) and her getting added to the main cast in S5 all just for them to kill her off in the most wtf way.

Honestly it probably was.

Them burning that down was so cathartic (especially for Daryl) and amazing.

Though I won't lie the sensible part of me is screaming why did you burn down your shelter for the night?! Why?! Maybe they were getting surrounded by zombies already. I can't remember.

Ah ok, I thought maybe you were referring to Still and Alone or something. But yeah everything about the way he treated her is so ****ing confusing.

If it was once again Beth and her fans are first on all the trends.

That scene was epic. I don't think they were getting surrounded but I don't blame them for not wanting to stay there after everything. Burn that **** down!!!
