Seriously. The Jenny stuff is, if you really think about it, really stupid. It mainly pisses me off because the scheming and manipulation is so cheap and unfair. But, with Carter in the mix.....It would be a truly legit triangle.

Yeah, same! As of now I believe she is missing a few eps next season and until I hear it from somewhere official I'm not gonna get my hopes up

I would seriously love it though if she was gone for good

I don't think a CaS/Nate triangle WOULD have been beneficial to either Nate or Serena because of the way they went about Nate and Serena. Serena's feelings have already been called into question too much.

On Taylor's status, I do think we'll have to await official word on that. The first reports said she won't be there for an indefinite number of episodes for "creative reasons" (am I remembering that correctly?). Scheduling conflicts and creative conflicts seem to be two different things. But if she'll be absent due to scheduling, I do think the show will tell us that eventually.
