A sneak peek at an NJ x Folklore gifset I'm doing (this album is full of inspiration ). This is the first time I've worked with gif blending, so it's not perfect, but the process was much easier than I thought it would be going in.



And a gifset I've done with NJ and The 1 here.

I think the blend looks really smooth! It's always tricky learning a new technique, but that looks amazing! Was that your first try?

Thanks! It was the first try I was happy with, let's go with that . I used the tutorial you linked and read a couple more on Tumblr. I kept running into an issue with the brush where instead of the other gif appearing, it was white and gray boxes. Turned out it was an issue with how the layers were grouped and once that was fixed it worked. It's not a technique I see doing too often, but it's perfect for NJ gifs because it's like making entirely new scenes.

Me too! Especially when compared to other ships, we had such little content. I mean we saw quite a lot of their story and got fed pretty well in season 3. But circumstances kept it from going further .

There was a lot about the season 3 finale I forgot about though (or blocked out as the case may be). These Nate and Jenny caps were taken from scenes near the end that came right after each other, both when they were at their lowest points. It was so obvious where next season would've gone, and they would've come together as the best versions of themselves. I had plenty of time to be bitter over that while raging at Photoshop .

Yeah. I tried to block out the Season 3 finale...but it's etched in my brain for all eternity. In a normal show, yes that's probably what would have happened but there was SO MUCH BTS drama by the point, that it was probably for the best Taylor left.
