aw, I liked their friendship a lot - it was nice that it was so consistent. I prefered his romantic relationship with Kim though, but Michael and Julianne's friendship was so adorable!

I didn't really like Michael/Kim, but I do think (as a whole), it really made the movie, him ending up with her. Just the fact that Jules realized she loved him that much, was amazing.

Yeah, this is such a good movie but it does depress me sometimes, because its obvious that Julianne really did love him and him her. And that boat scene where he sings to her as they dance, that makes me cry each time I watch it.  What also makes me cry is the fact that when she gave the toast at their wedding, she lended them that song and you could see from his eyes that he knew.  But I agree, I do feel bad for Cameron Diaz's character. She was also stuck in her own situation. __________________

I love this movie so much! Please add me! I think it made the movie more too with him ending with Kim. The title says it perfectly.
I cry everytime he's singing to her on the boat...e v e r y t i m e. __________________

As much as those rooting for Michael/Jules wanting them to end up together, it really wouldn't have been the same movie had they. And I think the ending definitely sets it apart from every other romantic comedy out there - the leading woman doesn't end up with the leading man - very rare to see these days, especially in the typical romcom formula.Omg, him singing to her on the boat gets to me every time as well.
