Amanda and Victoria
David and Victoria
Amanda and David
Amanda and Jack

I kind of don't think they'd really kill Jack, IDK, and I think that it will be one from 'team Amanda' and one from 'team Victoria'
And I can't see them letting Victoria walk away, so I'd say her for one.

I can see a scenario of David sacrificing himself for Amanda.

But I guess it's possible if she was killed along with Victoria, and then David sails off at the end. But as we've said.. Jack is the boat guy, and although the count of monte cristo (who sailed off in the end) was the one who was wrongfully imprisoned.. Amanda is the main character who has been the one doing the revenge. So it would be more fitting for her IMO.

I hope they don't disappoint me! I think a lot of people would be disappointed if they didn't let Amanda get away and be happy with Jack.

There's got to be some twist. Maybe she shoots the camera. Maybe someone shoots Amanda. (promo shot of her on the floor?)

^ How can anyone be satisfied with the journey she ends up taking, and where she ends up at the end if she dies? It doesn't make any sense. She can't make such a huge, general statement about the audience being satisfied if it meant she's going to be a corpse or Jack's going to die. So I am feeling good!

Just seen the sneak peek pretty intense huh? I am scared for Amanda especially because of that image of her lying on the floor in blood I just hope they are misleading us. As for the shot ringing out either Amanda gets shot or someone else shoots Victoria (David hopefully).

The show runner keeps going on about a big reveal to do with Victoria's plan that we will find out but I can't think what it could be. He also says Charlotte holds a vital bit of information but I don't know what that could be either.

I'd be surprised to see David sailing off as he doesn't look too well in that series finale pic, I guess it could be Jack sailing off alone but that would suck he's always been alone or trying to move on and he's never really been happy he can't be not without Amanda.

So does Amanda spend most of the next ep on the run? If so when her and Jack hook up she must be on the run then, I can't believe they are taking such bold risks (even though it's worth it ) maybe that's why they get it on knowing it might be their only chance! I am wondering though why we are getting a sex scene I worry it's to appease us if one of them is going to end up dead or is it just because it's the final ep, we've waited 4 years and it's about time!

Also Margaux has to suffer we all know what happens to Jack is no doubt because of White Gold so I want to see her get punished bad.

I agree that the only way I think MOST people would be satisfied would be for Amanda to live. (be happy, be with Jack)
Of course that's just my assumption on what most people want based on a lot of twitter comments and what I think they'd want. But I don't see any satisfaction otherwise.

Though I don't entirely trust what they say in interviews.. given that Madeline lied about Victoria. Or misled quite a bit.

Yeah, Victoria says she escaped so I guess until it's proved that Victoria's alive, then she'll be on the run. And then Amanda's planned to kill her, so..
Oh, and as we can see in the pic she's wearing a hospital staff uniform so she's snuck in to see him.

I wonder if this is after she's gone to see Jack.. what's changed to make her want to kill Victoria.

Personally I would rather they end up together than for them to have them have sex on screen. Or you know what I mean..
It would be odd for them to wait all this time for them to get together (while the show runner is saying it's something they'll take their time with, take care of) for one episode and then kill one or both off.

Also I agree that it would be a miserable end for Jack to lose Amanda.

From the comments I've seen on Twitter, Entertainmetnt Weekly, TVLine etc the majority of people want Amanda to live and go off with Jack I think that's the most popular ending. Most people I think will feel cheated and like they've wasted 4 years if she dies. So considering SN said we will be extremely satisfied I don't think we will unless it ends well (at least Amanda lives and is with Jack I still think there will be loss on Amanda's side it's not going to be all la-de-da).

It's not that I want David to die but I'm not sure he should have ever come back. I know his relationship with Amanda is basically the drive of the show but since he's been back he's an odd character, he behaves strangely and is hard to connect to. If we have to lose someone on Team Amanda I'd rather it was him than Amanda, Jack or Nolan as those are the three from the beginning I have loved and allow me to connect with the show.

I'm curious about that too the only things I could think of are; David's dead but he's been killed and knowing they took what little time she had left with him loses it and goes after Victoria (I really don't want this to be the case as he's the only one I can see saving Amanda), or believing Jack is dead/dying and knowing her Dad is dying anyway thinks well what's the point anymore. If Amanda was to lose Jack she'd have nothing left (I know there's Nolan but he has his own life) I don't think she'd even want to move on without Jack because she's never going to love anyone the way she loves him. Many media sites have said time and again you want to push Amanda over the edge you take Jack. I'm concerned especially after what SN said about how star crossed they are they will do some Romeo and Juliet scenario where Amanda believing Jack's dying decides to kill Victoria but ends up dying herself whilst we see Jack waking up. I cannot bear to see him wake up to find out he's lost Amanda but for real this time it would destroy him.

Personally I want to see a sex scene and have them end up together I don't think that's asking for too much considering we've been waiting 4 years and we've had to be the most patient shippers, to see them together a little bit and being happy would just be a nice payoff.

I definately agree though if they know one/both is going to die why not put them together sooner at least that would appease people a little more knowing we had that, then again maybe they feel that by leaving to to the end, giving them what they've always wanted for mere moments and then taking it away makes it all the powerful and sad. But like we've all said neither of them deserve that.

The way she talks makes it seem like she didn't know for sure if the show was ending and that it was a shame not knowing if they were their final scenes which would suggest Amanda lives. She could be having us on like MS did but her comment about it being unbearable seems genuine.

BIB this makes me they really are a close bunch and the show clearly meant a lot to them.

This is interesting because EVC has always said she wants a happy ending for Amanda, at the beginning of this season she said the ideal ending for her was for Amanda and Jack to realise they are soulmates. I don't know that she would be satisfied or believe we would be satisfied if Amanda died or they didn't end up together. As for the comment about two things happening that we've been waiting for a long time for I'm guessing these are the Amanda/Victoria face off and Amanda and Jack finally getting together.

It's interesting though that they didn't know I mean I think I believe her that they weren't 100% certain but surely if Victoria/David possibly Amanda or Jack were dying or Amanda and Jack go off together they must have known that was probably it. Although she does say they felt it would have to be a new story had it been renewed.

It's encouraging to know that EVC thinks we'll be satisfied. I think she knows what fans want. (what she wants, too)

I'm still not sure on how the finale was worked in terms of if they were ending or not. They said there was two possible endings depending on if it was renewed or not. I think they had a really good idea it probably wouldn't be, but did they film two different closing scenes or something? IDK.

I know what you mean, and I've seen people express that they haven't been that interested in him as a character. Although that would be awful for Amanda, I'd rather they have Amanda, Jack and Nolan alive.

Yeah both is hardly asking for too much IMO.

I don't know some people seem to think they would have found out around Jan/Feb time to plan the final eps so although they didn't know 100% and therefore probably didn't tell the cast it still enabled them to give it a proper ending. The way the last few eps have built up it has felt very final, you would think based on what they filmed the cast must have had a pretty good idea.

Amanda loves her Dad and this whole thing has been about him but she needs to make her own life and she can't do that with him, he can support her and be there for her but she needs to make her own family and that's why she can't lose Jack and vice versa. I think even David would sacrifice himself so she had that with Jack he knows Jack can give her the happiness she deserves he always goes on about how happy she was when she was young before all this happened and Jack was a big part of that. I think he completely trusts Jack to give his daughter the life she wants and deserves. It would be nice if we got a Jack/David scene where maybe he asks or tells Jack that he knows he will look after her and give her the love he wants for her. Not just for Amanda's sake but because Jack and David have a wonderful relationship and they all feel like a family.

Funnily enough the article was about that they considered putting Amanda and Nolan together romantically. So glad that never happened I adore their relationship and I think it would have ruined them plus it would have made things awkward between them and Jack and I love Nolan being the captain of their ship.

The point is by what he's saying whether they live or die all the important relationships Amanda/Jack, Amanda/Nolan and Amanda/David (I think they are the most important ones to the fans) will have resolution so whatever happens with Amanda and Jack I'm guessing we will know they intended to be together (if one dies) or hopefully (if they both live) they will be together and it's going to be forever.
