That moment right there was when I started thinking 'yeah, this could actually work'. He was one of the first people to show concern for her, granted at first he was probably more interested in keeping her away from the forest and whatever bloody secret it holds. But I think that moment right there was what piqued his curiosity in her.

I've watched a few interviews from NYCC this years with Torrance (and Toby, and they were adorable together) and he mentioned that Sebastian doesn't really like living at the castle. Sure, he has almost everything anyone could wish for during that time period but he's marked by a stigmata since birth and won't be able to break away from it for the rest of his life: he is a bastard (literally).

He doesn't really feel at home at the castle (I think, and that's pretty much what I gathered from the interviews). He shares that feeling with Mary, for now.

Also just so you know, I have actually nothing against Francis or Francis and Mary as a pairing. I get where he's coming from and why he's doing the things he does etc. I just feel more intrigued by Sebastian's storyline.

Hi, add me please. I hate triangles and I hate that The CW seems fond of triangles, but I do ship Sebastian and Mary, too. Just not as much as I do Francis and Mary. xD I really love the cast, and was the reason I tuned into the show. I have the biggest crush on Torrance ever since he played the beautiful creeper Culpepper in The Tudors, so partly one of the reasons I ship Francis/Mary over Sebastian/Mary is because I want Sebastian for myself, lol. But yes, I'm very excited to see where his storyline goes. I hope they don't Gary Stu the boys too much tho.

That's good to know. I thought it was kind of ridiculous how comfortable Sebastian seem to be at the court. I'm sure Francis mother hates him and his mother.

I like Mary/Francis too but my fear is that they are going to turn Francis into a Prince Charming. Like I said in the general thread I hope neither of the guys is a saint. I like the fact that Francis has a mistress and that Sebastian has a reputation of sleeping around.

I don't mind the triangle that much in this show because we all know how it's going to end. I don't know why but that makes me feel better. But still I'm sure there's going to be plenty of drama and that both Francis and Sebastian are going to get involved with one or two of Mary's ladies at some point.

I also watched The Tudors and I loved Torrance in that show despite the fact Culpeper was a total creeper He was the only reason why I watched the pilot.
