I think most of Alec's family are supportive, but they don't really show it. They often treat it like it isn't as meaningful as it is

I don't know about that Izzy, Jace, Clary, Simon.. they all really like Magnus and they seem genuinely happy for Alec. I just think the writers need to do a better job at showing that I feel like other relationships in this show get treated more seriously within the actual show. The writers have done better in 2B and I am hoping that continues into 3A
