 Lexi told me you guys were doing a rewatch... I'm doing my own but I'm already mid season 1 . Surprisingly I have yet to fast forward through anything.  As much as I still love LP, during this rewatch all that's going through my mind are things like, stupid teenagers and blah blah blah.          __________________

Adorable nose poke.
Kind of strange to see that gif after watching all their scenes from the pilot. How much their characters evolved and changed throughout the series. I forgot how withdrawn and sarcastic Peyton was in the beginning. She uses that as a defense mechanism, to prevent anyone from getting close to her because she expects the worst in people (based on her relationship with Nathan). But here's this guy who she barely knows and he tells her something painful and private. I think it's what draws her to him in the beginning. That raw honesty and openness of spirit. It strikes a chord in her and it leaves her almost speechless. I think it's the first time we see Peyton taken off guard. Very subtly played but very telling about what's to come. I'm looking forward to watching their scenes in the next two episodes tomorrow. So my questions from the pilot are: 1) Favorite scene and why? 2) What do you think drew Peyton to Lucas and vice versa? 3) Why do you think he told her the story about playing on the team with Nathan and why he quit? __________________
