"Whitney if you could hear me now, you weren't just good enough, you were great. People just don't like you Whitney, they love you." "Off you go Whitney, off you go."

"It's very easy to fall in love with Whitney"

"I promised her two things," "That I would be right there with her, and she would not be bad."

"It was really nice, really a joy to work with Kevin," , "and it had a lot to do with his personality. He is down-to-earth; he doesn't trip. He's into his work. And he's very kind, he's effective and he's considerate".

"That was more exciting for me than the actual idea that he is this hunk Kevin Costner. Yes, he's a hunk and he's sexy. We all know that, but that's not what I was looking for."

"We kind of made a deal," "He loves to sing, he loves music"

"Okay, Kevin, I'll help you with your singing if you help me with the acting."

Kevin's Eulogy To His One True Love, Whitney.

I'd like to thank Cissy and Dionne for the honor of being here, for everybody in the Church treating my wife and I so gracefully. I'll say some stories, maybe some of them you know, maybe some of them you don't. I wrote them down because I didn't want to miss anything. A song "I will always love you” almost wasn't. It wasn't supposed to be in the movie. The first choice was going to be "What becomes of a broken heart", but it had been out the year before in another movie and we felt it wouldn't have the impact, and so we couldn't use it. So what becomes of our broken hearts? Whitney returns home today to the place where it all began, and I urge us all inside and outside, across the nation and around the world to dry our tears, suspend our sorrow and perhaps our anger just long enough, just long enough to remember the sweet miracle of Whitney. Never forgetting that Cissy and Bobbi Kristina are sitting among us. Your mother and I had a lot in common. I know many at this moment are thinking, really? She's a girl, you're a boy. You're white. She's black. We heard you like to sing, but our sister could really sing. So what am I talking about? Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston, they don't have anything in common at all. Well, you'd be wrong about that. We both grew up in the Baptist Church.

It wasn't as big as this. My grandmother played the piano, and she led the choir, and her two daughters, my mom and my aunt both sang in it. The rest of my family, uncles, cousins sat every Sunday out front and watched. My earliest memories are tied to that old Church in paramount. I remember seeing a gold shovel going into the ground and people praying about it and thinking, wow, something big was going to go here, and I watched my father and the rest of the men build it from the ground up. I was probably 4 years old and seemed to be always in the way. I wanted to help. I wanted to be in on the action. One of the men snapped down a red line where the choir would be standing one day and said, "have at it", as many nails as you want all in this line. I always took great comfort in watching my mom and aunt sing knowing that they would never fall through that floor where I had worked. The Church was the center of our social life and Whitney and I would laugh knowing it was also the place where we could really get into big trouble especially when you were allowed to sit with your friends and not your parents in the big Church. I remember more than once being pulled from the pew for whispering and passing notes. I don't believe my feet ever hit the floor as my father hauled me outside in front of everyone. I believed even the preacher prayed for me. Whitney's favorite story of mine was me sneaking into the Church kitchen after communion. I liked the little glasses of grape juice that were left over. I liked how they felt in my hand. I couldn't have been over 6 at the time, but I would lean against the table and one by one I would knock them back. Having some image near conversation with someone my father would find me and ask me what I was doing. I told him I was a cowboy and I was drinking whiskey. I don't think my feet touched the floor that day either.

It was easy for us to laugh. The Church was what we knew. It was our private bond. I can see her in my own mind running around here as a skinny little girl knowing everyone, everyone's business, knowing every inch of this place. I can also see her in trouble, too. Trying to use that beautiful smile, trying to talk her way out of it and Cissy not having any of it. Mostly the days of Church were good ones for us and we both remembered how our parents tried to explain God and the plan he had for our lives and we agreed that there was this feeling, this promise that if somehow we listened carefully God's voice would somehow come to us. I told Whitney that I always worried God was going to ask me to be a Preacher. I wasn't sure how much fun ours had. Whitney told me she wasn't worried at all. She wasn't going to wait for a whisper. She was going to be like her cousin Dionne and her beautiful mother Cissy. There is no doubt that she has joined their ranks and as the debate heats up this century and it surely will, about the greatest singer of the last century, as the lists are drawn, they will have little meaning to me if her name is not on it.

But as sure as I am of Whitney's place in musical history, from the first time she took center stage here as a teenager, flushed with the excitement that she had exceeded everyone's expectations and awesome promise of what was to come. It's still needing to hear from her mother about how she was received. Was she good enough? Could I have done better? Did they really like me? Or are they just being polite because they were scared of you, Cissy? These are the private questions that Whitney would always have that would always follow her. At the height of her fame as a singer I asked her to be my co-star in a movie called "The Bodyguard." I thought she was the perfect choice, but the red flags came out immediately. Maybe I should think this over a bit. I was reminded that this would be her first acting role. We could also think about another singer, was a suggestion. Maybe somebody white. Nobody ever said it out loud, but it was a fair question, it was. There would be a lot riding on this, maybe a more experienced person was the way to go. It was clear, I needed to think about this. I told everyone that I had taken notice that Whitney was black. The only problem was I thought she was perfect for what we were trying to do. There was a bit of relief in the room when we found out that Whitney was going to be on tour and she wouldn't be available for our movie. The anxiety came right back when I said we should postpone and wait a year.

That was a lot for the studio to accept, and to their credit, they did but not without a screen test. Whitney would have to earn it. That was the first time I saw the doubt. The doubt creep into her that she would not be handed the part. She would have to be great. The day the test came I went into her trailer after the hair and makeup people were done, Whitney was scared. Arguably, the biggest pop star in the world wasn't sure if she was good enough. She didn't think she looked right. There were a thousand things to her that seemed wrong. I held her hand and told her that she looked beautiful. I told her that I would be with her every step of the way, that everyone there wanted her to succeed, but I could still feel the doubt. I wanted to tell her that the game was rigged. That I didn't care how the test went, that she could fall down and start speaking in tongues, that somehow I would find a way to explain it as an extraordinary acting choice.

And we could expect more to follow, and gee, weren't we lucky to have her. That wouldn't have been fair. It wouldn't have been fair to Lawrence who had written the screenplay 15 years earlier. It wouldn't have been fair to Warner Brothers and it wasn't the right signal to send to Whitney. She took it all in and asked me if she could have a few minutes by herself and would meet me on the set. I was sure she was praying. After about 20 minutes later she came out. We hadn't said four lines when we had to stop. The lights were turned off, and I walked Whitney off the set and back to her room. She wanted to know what was wrong, and I needed to know what she'd done during those 20 minutes. She said, "nothing." in only the way she could, nothing. So I turned her around so that she could see herself in the mirror and she gasped. All of the makeup on Whitney's face was running. It was streaking down her face and she was devastated. She didn't feel like the makeup we put on her was enough so she'd wiped it off and put on the makeup that she was used to wearing in her music videos. It was much thicker and the hot lights had melted it. She asked if anyone had seen -- if anyone had, I said I didn't think so. It happened so quick, she seemed so small and sad at that moment, and I asked her why she did it? She said I just wanted to look my best. It's a tree we can all hang from. Unexplainable burden that comes with fame, call it doubt, call it fear. I've had mine, and I know the famous in the room have had theirs. I asked her to trust me and she said she would. A half hour later she went back in to do her screen test and the studio fell in love with her. The Whitney I knew, despite her success and worldwide fame still wondered am I good enough? Am I pretty enough? Will they like me? It was the burden that made her great, and the part that caused her to stumble in the end. Whitney, if you could hear me now I would tell you, you weren't just good enough, you were great. You sang the whole damn song without a band. You made the picture what it was. A lot of leading men could have played my part. A lot of guys could have filled that role, but you. Whitney, I truly believe were the only one that could have played Rachel Marron at that time.

You weren't just pretty, you were as beautiful as a woman could be. People didn't just like you, Whitney, they loved you. I was your pretend bodyguard once not so long ago, and now you're gone, too soon, leaving us with memories, memories of a little girl that stepped bravely in front of this Church, in front of the ones that loved you first. In front of the ones that loved you best and loved you the longest. The bolder you stepped into the white hot light of the world stage, and what you did is the rarest of achievements. You set the bar so high that professional singers, your own colleagues, they don't want to sing that little country song. What would be the point? Now the only ones who sing your songs are young girls like you, who are dreaming of being you some day, and so do you Bobbi Kristina and to all those young girls who are dreaming that dream, that maybe thinking are they good enough? I think Whitney would tell you guard your bodies, guard the precious miracle of your own life, and then sing your hearts out knowing that there's a lady in Heaven who is making God himself wonder how he created something so perfect. So off you go, Whitney, off you go. Escorted by an army of angels to your heavenly Father, and when you sing before him don't you worry, you'll be good enough.

A Glimpse Into Two Worlds: Kevney

God gave Whitney a glimpse of what her life would be like had she married someone with Kevin's character, He gave her a glimpse of what it would be liked to be loved unconditionally, a glimpse of what it is like to be respected by a man, a glimpse of what it is like to be treated like a lady, a glimpse of what it is like to be given compliments, a glimpse of what it is like to be accepted for who you are. I firmly believe that Kevin had discernment when he saw the script of the Bodyguard, and he knew in his heart of hearts that Whitney should be his leading lady, but at the same time he could not understand why. He could of sat on his own questioning God as to why he had the strong urge to have her act alongside of him - he went against all odds to have her, even decided to wait ONE WHOLE YEAR for her to complete her tour. The glimpse she saw about Kevin she might have never experienced it before with any other man that she might have been in a relationship with, and maybe just maybe she did not know how to embrace such love and respect. Recalling she was already in a relationship with the other person. She had a glimpse of what it is like to be transparent with Kevin and to see his transparency as well, a glimpse of showing her vulnerable side yet being told "it is okay"

Kevin was already in a marriage when he strongly wanted her to act with him, she had already entered and seen the glimpse of the world she was about to enter. Two years later he divorces, a year after the Bodyguard she gives birth to a little girl (stand corrected with her daughter's birth year) - was this the world she had to share with Kevin maybe, who knows - did he ever share with her that he wanted her in his world, I cannot say - yet to this day he has hidden her in the corner of his heart where in his quiet moments he can reflect on much.

On the flip side of the same coin, she has a glimpse of how a man can disrespect her (the other person), a glimpse of verbal abuse, a glimpse of emotional abuse, a glimpse of being put through every psychological abuse that any human could of experienced. A glimpse of never been told she is beautiful, a glimpse of never been told she is talented etc. she gave love but did not receive love, she gave respect but did not receive respect, she showed her transparent side but did not receive the same, she showed her vulnerability but was never protected from harm. I believe this person only stepped into her life to be a destructive force, to rob her of her God given talent, rob her of her wealth, her looks, her character and all that needed to be stripped from her life, and once the deed was done walk away and leave her to the wolves to complete that which was started.

One coin, yet a glimpse into two different worlds - one man sent to bless her (Kevin), the other enters to be a curse (the other person)

MS. WHITNEY ELIZABETH HOUSTON CHANGE OF ADDRESS
.

Please be advised that I have moved, I received a call from God, the Chief Architect the other day, and He informed me that my new home was complete.

You all knew that I had been working on my new residence, sending up my timber, packing up and getting ready to go. I know that my house needed some finishing touches and that the Chief Carpenter, Jesus Christ had to inspect it and give me the final approval. On Saturday, February 11, 2012 around 3:55pm He let me know that my home was complete and that it was ok to move in. So He told me to go ahead and change my address.

Well, my new home is finished and what a sight it is to behold. It is located on an exclusive estate area behind a beautiful pearly gate. It is just over the other side of serene celestial shore. Of course, you know the streets are paved with gold and every day is Sunday, just like you've been told. Trees with twelve manners of fruit grace my garden here, and I can walk and talk with my Master with not a worry or care.

I lived in a home built by man, for only a short time, but my new home is so much better than any other place I've ever lived. There is peace here, joy, happiness, no pain, no heartaches, no strife or discontentment, only sweet serenity. I can dine at the Master's bountiful table and listen to a Heavenly choir and best of all, my Heavenly Father is here...in all His Glory.

Oh yes, I have my own designer here who has fitted me with my very own white robe and wings. I could go on and on about my new home, but instead, I'm going to pray that you get to move here yourself one day. Before I go, let me give you my new address:

Whitney Elizabeth Houston.

1963 Heavenly Way.

Godstown, Heaven

A Mother's Letter To Her Baby:

Dearest Whitney:

The presence of God blessed our home with life, love, joy and peace. You and your brothers were the center of divine love attracting God’s richest blessings. You were a child of God. We had so much love in our home that was truly from on high.

You always gave without expecting anything in return and our love was the force that multiplied these blessings higher and higher. I never told you that when you were born the Holy Spirit told me that you would not be with me long and I thank God for the beautiful flower he allowed me to raise and cherish for 48 years.

God said it’s time Nippy; your work is done. The other day on February 11th He came for you. But not without warning. For two months now I have been depressed, crying, lonesome and sad not knowing why.

On Saturday, before I found out about your transition, my doorbell rang. I went to answer it but there was no one there. It rang again and again, no one was there so I called the concierge to tell him someone was ringing my doorbell. He checked the cameras and told me that no one was there. You promised me you were coming to spend time with me after the Grammys. I believe the spirits allowed you to come after all.

How I love you Nippy and how I miss you, your beautiful smile, your special little things you used to say to me and sometimes you’d call just to say “hi Mommie, I love you so much,” I loved you so much more.

I love you,

I’ll miss you,

Thank you for being such a wonderful daughter.

Rest my baby girl in Peace, you’re now in the arms of Jesus.

Love, Mommie

Kevin/Whitney - God/Goddess

Greetings All,

First let me say that I really love all of your posts and I love you all, as I also figured it out about Whitney & Kev. You all are just great, and you haven't left anything out. I too think that when Whitney left LA to travel back to New Jersey after filming, Kevin had someone make sure she got on that plane, was checked out of that hotel and was on her way. I agree with the poster that said that he'd kept tabs on her over the years.

Please accept the previous two posts here that I'd posted on another forum. I think I woke them up to the Love Story of W&K. They hadn't gone there in their thinking, but I think they are there now. Please excuse me if you don't appreciate the way I got back on deadbeat Jermaine in the first one. He totally deserved it by dishonoring three women. Where Kev Honored/Honors her in such honest and sincere ways.

"Greetings All,

Below is what I shared on another forum. To quote Whitney from the "Queen of the Night/Nile" scene in The Bodyguard - "I hope you don't mind do you?"

"Guys and Gals have you all not been researching Whitney & Kev. I posted on YouTube (Kev’s speech has almost 1.5 million views) the below.

“Kevin is Brilliant. He made 2 movies. Rachel/Frank & Whitney/Kev. He asked for her for the role in 1988 when he first read script. Here, (in speech) he mentions the songs first. Latest quotes from him = I STILL have “IWALY” as my Ringtone. I wear it as a BADGE OF HONOR & I don’t care who mocks me for it.” He said, “She was my ONE TRUE LOVE.” Wake up people! They were in L.O.V.E. Why has he had that song as his ringtone since STILL? That was their song. Watch the movie again, and the Memories (From 2004 DVD) and the Behind the Scenes on You Tube.”

Wow! I thought MJ was Brilliant. But if you research Kevin, he equals MJ as it pertains to their respective areas/fields/careers/gifts. It's MJ with Music and Kevin with Movies. MJ was a prodigy of course, but Kev probably was too. He is from SO-CAL, graduated from Fullerton, and was a year behind me in high school, so I know he was and is still Hip and Smooth. He’s been around and was around when many of us were aware and awakening. He was 8 years and 7 months older than Whitney.

I go on with some more stuff, but end it with.

“God Bless Kev Costner.” Both of these human beings have BEAUTIFUL AND PURE SOULS. If some of us can see it and feel it about them, couldn’t/wouldn’t they have? They gave a lot to the world by the way they showed human love and compassion. Period! They spent a lot of time together, and more so that they did with their spouses then. They gazed into each other’s eyes for days on set. The eyes are the Window to the SOUL. Their SOULS matched.”

"Finally, they hesitated at times before they looked into each other’s eyes, because they knew when they did, it was over. They knew that they would fall every time. I wonder how their goodbye was after filming. Sweet Dreams - Kevin.”

Word! Please get the 2004 DVD and watch the Memories documentary. Kevin begins and ends the narration. He ends it with. “I am really proud of that movie, and I was proud to introduce Whitney to movies and show her that not only was I her friend, but that I was also her colleague. I mean I, I Will Always Love Her.” Awwwww!

Please keep an open mind, because they were not Soul Mates like we may perceive the meaning. They were TWIN FLAMES. That is that Multi-Dimensional Soul Mirroring. Like someone posted on the Wall Street Journal Blog, I think it was. “The Bodyguard was just the beginning. Thanks for the Dream.” People are speaking about and researching these two all over the Internet. His speech woke us up. It made us remember the MAGIC from almost 20 years ago.

I had to shake my head about this, but how about Jermaine Jackson’s old tired butt as it pertains to his co-signing, along with his sisters that he and Whitney had an affair? He dishonored three women with that admission (even if thru someone else). His ex wife, Hazel Gordy, whom has never been in the public eye, his present wife and Whitney, just to prove a point to Kevin that Whitney wanted him to leave his then wife for her. He was calling Whitney a home wrecker. He said, “I told her, maybe, one day.” LMAO, if it wasn’t so pitiful. He must have been (along with Bobby “scrub” Brown and some other black men (from the entertainment field especially) from then and now, jealous of Kevin Costner). So, it comes out that Whitney was actually singing – ‘Saving All My Love for You’ to Jermaine, and that she has a Jermaine look-a-like in the video. LOL! PLEASE man, you treated her as a booty call – and you two barely gazed into each other’s eyes in the dark. Kevin Costner ain’t worried about your arse. Your brother Michael is the Brilliant and Gifted one, not you. Kevin is the Brilliant and Gifted one, not you.

Kevin did a FEATURE FILM with his One True Love - for the entire world to see and connect with. He looked into her eyes for days. He recognized, saw and claimed her Soul on a daily basis for six months. Like she sang – “I can’t run from myself. There is nowhere to hide. Your love I remember forever.” And the WORLD REMEMBERS. She sang four songs in the movie for Kevin. Her Soundtrack holds six of her songs. It’s the biggest selling and most loved Soundtrack eva! What you got Jermaine? LOL! Your proof that she loved you to pieces consists of a couple of videos where you and she stood there and sang together? Kevin had her Running to him in a gorgeous flimsy white sheer brilliant thingy, and she was surrounded by Clouds (ironically now in retrospect). He shared that piece with the world, but don’t get it twisted, for it was his and STILL belongs to him. There is no Frank Farmer. He is the third producer on the movie. He is half of the whole of the main co-stars, and he probably put up some money for the film. They put up $25M and made $410M. Wowser! He could care less about an Academy Award. Whitney was his Academy Award and vice versa. LOL!

So sit your jealous self down Jermaine. You can’t touch Kevin and his accomplishments. Plus, he was 7 years after you and she did the splits. It’s like Jermaine threw down the gauntlet to Kevin by declaring that Whitney was in love with him first, and loved him until her passing. OK, keep thinking that she never got over you boy. Kevin begs to differ. He knew/knows what they shared. It lasts an eternity.

Just like MJ has a black belt, he probably could use a sword also. Let’s not forget how Kevin threw down in The Bodyguard. He could throw knives, knew Kung-Fu, Kickboxing and Karate – and he had seen that Sumeri movie 62 times – and had swords. And he saves her in the end with a revolver/gun. LOL!

You should read some of the comments about these two from all over the net. One person made me laugh by stating – “Move over Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn. Kevin and Whitney are the Best Love Duo ever.” No one else could have played Frank Farmer but Kevin (Richard Gere & Robert DeNiro may haps in his day). I don’t care what Kevin said at the funeral about a lot of guys could have played his role, but NOT. He made that role work. Plus, he waited too long for her. No other man was going to touch His Whitney. Google their interviews from back then and on You Tube. He was a strong, solid, hard working, sensitive, kind, and brilliant and some more adjectives as a REAL man (Google Whitney interview from Ebony magazine from back then – she gushes about Kevin).

Back in 1975, Steve McQueen and Diana Ross may have been good in it, but the technology wasn’t there then. These two (Whitney & Kev) were Magic because of Destiny in my most humbled opinion.

Of course, I’m a Romantic at heart, no question. There is no way that Kevin considered Whitney as his One True Love unless it was reciprocated, balanced and mutual. The Love itself is what was/is TRUE, because they blended their Soul Energies, and it was reflected in the movie – as it turned out to be a Masterpiece. They seemed to become one in the energy of Source and Spirit. Their love for each other included and is reflected by the Unconditional Love of the Divine Essence. They are then truly the God and Goddess united in the service of the Flame of Divine Unconditional love and its manifestation on the Planet Earth. This is what these two were sent down here to do. I truly feel that Kevin knows this. He also knows about the Mind Rape of Whitney, and there was nothing he could do about it. He mentions the word ANGER/ANGRY soon in his speech. He knew.

Anyway, move over MJ. Kevin Costner is another, “Who’s Bad?” He gave soooooooo many clues in the 2004 DVD Memories feature, and he was speaking to Whitney throughout the entire thing. He was reaching out to her. He was quoted back then stating – “There was a method to my madness.” I guess so. He said that he fell in love with Whitney back then (1985 – 1988) from watching her videos. He admitted that a lot of men were in love with her then. They say even Tupac wanted to get with her – and that Princess Diana wanted to do the Bodyguard II.

ALL HISTORY is a Current Event after all.

L.O.V.E. will always Conquer – separation, hate, time, space and death. Rest in Paradise Whitney - for you are an IMMORTAL SOUL."

P.S. - So Kevin answers Jermaine in the best way possible in his quest to honor his One True Love. He even has the Press Release as such – “Whitney Houston’s The Bodyguard (he plays himself) is being Re-Released on March 28th, 2012.” Hee-hee-hee! You go Kevin. Sock it to ‘em all.

Below is the second post I shared the next day.

“On the you tuber below, is the Memories DOC from the 2004 DVD. At one point when Kevin is getting ready to kiss Whitney (I think it is on The Protector piece), their faces (SOULS?) Light up. That boy was crazy, and he did that for Whitney. He knew that she was going to hit reverse and say, what the ‘ell was that? When I saw that flash and hit reverse (one has to actually hit Pause first and then the reverse on remote, as it won’t be captured by hitting forward – further proof of Kevin’s brilliance and mastery), I paused it (as he knew Whitney would do), and Lord and behold, there they are in all of their GLORY forever etched in a PAINTING. Their skin color is the same and their hair is. My God! He was whipped. He lights up the scene when they were kissing on the ground by the pool also in that piece. And I suppose he always remembered that he spent a couple of years at Mt. Whitney High School (no pun intended), but moved for his senior year. LOL!

Now, how about “I Will Always Love You” being played as Whitney’s casket was rolled out? Why? The song clearly is being sung as a love song to a man or a woman. Remember, when we first heard it in the movie as they danced to it, a man was singing it. That told us something right then and there that they probably would have to say goodbye. Here’s the thing to me, who suggested that song be played as her casket is being removed and as people were walking out of that Church? Did Whitney gently urge Cissy and Dionne (Dionne is her bio mother) to play that song? I’m sure Kevin wondered that, as he probably saw it as a sign – because he knew/knows that that was/is their song. They could have chosen any song. They could have chosen “I Look to You” – although R. Kelly did a great job and wrote and produced it for her. How about the one that’s on You Tube of her singing in the Church at 12 or 13?

By the way, Whitney spoke in double meaning back then and in her interviews from back then. She knew what she was doing, as she was very wise. People slept her sometimes, but by the time she got with Kevin, she was Prime Time. She was matured and was a Goddess and true and real woman. Look how beautiful she looked at The Bodyguard premiere w/Kevin (and she was pregnant - as she did the Official Video for "IWALY" pregnant). Bobby became her handler (mind controlled her), and that was all she wrote. IT WAS NOT HER FAULT. That was not the real Whitney. Kevin knew the real one. It's like when I do something or think something I know I shouldn't, I'll remind myself that that's not/wasn't me.

Surely, Ms. Cissy and Dionne knew/knows how much Kevin was/is in love with Whitney. She probably told them. If she told them that, wouldn’t they be the ONLY TWO that she could trust with her secret? Seemingly, they are good at keeping secrets. So in my opinion, they either played it because they were honoring how both Whitney and Kevin felt about each other – and/or, Whitney gently urged them to play it, as she knew Kevin would speak for and honor her so. She was saying goodbye to him even then – and thanking him for “Just all that you are, and everything that you do.”

Seriously, why did they choose that song? “My darling you, if I should stay, I’d only be in your way. We BOTH know that I’m not what you need”, doesn’t fit the occasion at all. I say this because SHE WAS NOT IN OUR WAY - AND SHE WAS WHAT WE NEEDED. I didn't like that those words were part of the lyrics for that occasion. She didn't do anything wrong. Things were done to her that was and still is so wrong. She was innocent. Those words were for a lovers VOW. WOW! Too much!

And oh by the way, can we not imagine how Kevin felt when he heard it? He was sitting next to Bobbi Kristina, so he should have walked out right behind them, but if you watch the video of the casket leaving, he was all late coming down the aisle. He probably was shook up. Ironically, he came down right after that instrumental part – and when there is a big note and then she starts singing again. I was like, “oh no you didn’t Kevin.” That’s the same part where in the movie he is protecting his new client, and after the man speaks and they show Kevin standing there – then BAM, she lets loose. At one point, he also just stands there in the aisle and takes it all in. He sort of owns the place, because he knows that his One True Love is still declaring her love for him even if she is no longer in her physical body. Deep!

My mother signed to me one hot day as I was sweeping the deck. There was no breeze what so ever and it was 100 degrees, but yet the chimes I had hung up started chiming. I instantly stopped sweeping and spoke to her. Even our dog stopped and peaked/perked his ears. I believe in SOULS still taking care of business after they’ve left here, no question.

There really are soooooo many wonderful signs/hints that Kevin, the Director & Producer Jim Wilson gives in this Memories feature. The Writer/1st Executive Producer knew also. At one point Mick Jackson, the Director of the film said – “And when he starts to fall in love with – (he hesitates, and most of us watching knows that he wanted to say Whitney, but he says) Rachel.” Plus, he was talking about Kevin – so how did Kevin fall in love with Rachel? LOL! They all knew that those two fell in love whilst filming the movie (Kev was already there), and they were dropping hints like crazy. They all were getting all mixed up - and may haps on purpose.”

Again, I hope you all don't mind my sharing the above. I mean well, as I am utterly thankful for Whitney & Kev. They truly are a Blessing to the world. I'm sure Kevin speaks with Whit all of the time. He knows that she is FREE now. Though he mourns for her, I think the majority of his mourning is for what she endured here on Earth, and that it was just not in the cards for them to make it as a couple this go round on Earth. He knows they'll meet up again one day where time is lived in the NOW.

I love in the Memories DOC where these two were standing on stage seemingly shortly before they were going to shoot a part of the Queen of the Night scene or they were taking a break. Kevin was blocking access to Whitney. He dared anyone to interrupt them. I read something where the writer stated (and I've know this before of course), but that a man loves it when a woman gives him her undivided and rapt attention. We could tell that is what Whitney was giving Kev then. She was hanging onto his every word. He loved that and adored her even more for it. She couldn't seem to take her eyes off of his face/him, and he was in 7th Heaven. He had made mention how it was impossible to take one's eyes off of Rachel (Whitney) at one point in his narrative, so I think he said that so that anyone watching that DOC would also notice how enamored Whitney was of him. It was impossible for her to take her eyes off of him there. I wished they had showed more of that clip (scene).

How could she not have been attracted to that beautiful man, as he was ambitious and accomplished? He blew her mind. The words to 'I Have Nothing' - sums it ALL up. The writer I mentioned above also said that a woman loves it when a man Pursues her, and that is what Kevin did to Whitney. He pursued, she resisted, he persisted. The writer said that a woman that resists and then gives in, it's usually because she believes the fact that he didn't give up on her - informs her that he also wouldn't give up on the World. She wants a man to offer the world his gifts and never give up, so in this case, with the pursuit of Whitney from Kevin, proved to her that he had a lot to offer, share and give to her, as it would be the same way with his gifts to the world. We know how accomplished he is and what he has given. One person from the Wall Street Journal Blog said that back then, he reminded her of Michelangelo's David.

Kevin was the Hunter - and Whitney was the Hunted - and they both got Captured by the Game. Masculine/Feminine, Yang/Yin, Male/Female, Man/Woman and lastly, like Kevin summed up the Romance (for the movie - in the interviews from back then) Boy/Girl. It was a boy/girl romance and love story after boy meets girl.

Dang, Natasha, that was quite a post! You research like I do, but you took the time to lay it all out, got to commend you for that! I agree with most everything you said. You made a good point with the MJ/KC analogy, I can definately see the similarities. How do you know that KC was sitting next to Bobbi Kris at the end of the funeral? I thought he was over on the other side near Bebe and Kim Burrell. I wish I had more time to comment, will try to write more later!

I agree with the poster that said that he'd kept tabs on her over the years.

Please accept the prveious two posts here that I'd posted on another forum.

Wow Natasha welcome, what a post! like azgirl I agree with most everything you said and I'd like to know myself how did you know that Bobbi was next Kevin? I hadn't heard that at all.

Ladies (I'm a thinking), please allow me to answer you all here. Thanks first of all. I'm not saying that I know it all, these mostly are my perceptions and intuitive feelings/emotions about these two.

My co-worker told me on Monday after the funeral that she'd seen a report on Access Hollywood or Ent. Tonight that Kevin was sitting right next to Bobbi Kristina. I never thought to Google it, because she was amazed herself to know that and I believe she saw it of course. She said that the host made a point of bringing it up, and that he was comforting her. That's when I knew what was up. I'm sure Krissy knows how fond her mom was of Kev.

EDIT******* - My co-worker said that the report was being given about how Bobby Brown had approached Krissy and sat behind them or something like that. Then, he was asked to move, kissed the casket and left. She said, they actually showed Kevin putting his arm around Krissy in an effort to console her. Wow. this means that she must have shown some distraught over the situation; although some were reporting that they (Cissy/Krissi) weren't yet seated when all that happened.

Okay I hadn't seen that at all so that's why I was wondering, but I definitely believe it thank you for letting us know...wow. I'm so glad he was sitting with her, comforting her because she needed that so badly. (still does of course) All I know is that Kev sent Bobbi flowers in the hours after her mother's death.

He knows they'll meet up again in one day where time is lived in the NOW.

She was hanging on his every word.

The writer said that a woman that resists and then gives in is usually because she believes that the fact that he didn't give up on her informs her that he also wouldn't give up on the World.

My heart is aching especially when I read this part again: Word! Please get the 2004 DVD and watch the Memories documentary. Kevin begins and ends the narration. He ends it with. “I am really proud of that movie, and I was proud to introduce Whitney to movies and show her that not only was I her friend, but that I was also her colleague. I mean I, I Will Always Love Her.”
And as my father stated after watching his tribute to Whitney"Whitney had a true friend/lover in Kevin and that true friend delivered one hell of a tribute to her. One that will live on through the ages. "I (my father)can't understand why own god's green earth that Whitney knowing that she had that kind of a friend and lover in Kevin did not break her engagement to that problem that she was engaged to without hesitation". SOOOOOOOO sad she did not have the strength to do that.

And yes Kevin you should be proud of that movie because you beat all odds when the cards were stacked against you. Like you said even David Foster fought you on how the "I will always love you" song should be sung. So keep tapping yourself on the shoulder our friend.

Kevin was not sitting beside Bobbi Kristina. When I saw Kevin during the service he was sitting on the left side with his wife. I believe Mariah and a friend was sitting in the pew behind them. I've since replayed the sermon and Kevin was sitting on the left side with his wife and when he walked up to give his tribute he approached the pulpit from the left side and when he exited the pulpit he walked back to his seat on the left side. The left side is where Tyler Perry, OPRAH, Gayle, Queen Latifuh, Alicia Keys to name a few was seated also. The family was seated on the right side. I didn't see Kevin go over to her after the service because the family followed behind the casket and when the left side was exiting Kevin and his wife exited from the pews on the left side.

Kevin did however attend the Repass (A gathering of family and friends to greet and give condolences to the family of the decease person.Normally there is food and other refreshments there). Cissy and Dionne was there, However it was reported that Bobbi Kristina could not handle anymore and did not attend and that was fine. The family had informed her that if the events of the day became too much for her she did not have to stay nor attend them.
