Yep. We gotta assume Layla calls TMZ right after that. Which is super drastic. It'll be interesting to see how she just jumps straight to doing that. Maybe they'll be some mention of some tension between her and Avery or acknowledgment that Juliette and Noah didn't work out. I don't get why she would play her trump card for that (besides the fact that it's the finale and she has to).

Avery dumps her after tantrum number 3903390 and she leaks it. But I could be wrong but there must be a reason he is all alone watching Juliette. Still what a dumb end of season. And add me to the ones to have no problem with it ending on the plane cliffhanger, I will take that anyday and everyday over L/A ending and it gives Hayden an out if the show wants to come back. That said of course I would prefer a J/A reunion. Heck part of me wondered if the bed scene was the alternate ending scene for J/A since Hayden was filming 419-421 at the same time so they could have filmed bedroom scenes back to back. But I doubt it. Probably phonecalls is all we will get between J/A in the finale.

I will also take ANYTHING over this ending with Avery and Layla together. It will seem sudden for her to call TMZ when she has known the truth for weeks. I thought 420 would show a growing connection between Avery & Juliette. I really thought Avery would go back to Juliette's that evening - something to show Layla be really jealous - to set up her calling TMZ in 421 with it being the final straw etc but none of that happened in 420. Avery showed concern for Cadence and pulled a few faces out of Layla's sight but nothing that would start off a spiral of Layla realising that she was losing him and then acting in desperation to hold onto him in 421.

This has sucked don't know if it's because I can't figure out what Aubrey is trying to tell me. Wish she had subtitles to help me out here! This would have been SO much better if it had been a clear revenge plot but what we got was a bit of revenge and a lot of needy schoolgirl crush

I just can't see anyone but Layla leaking the Jeff stuff. I mean it's been weeks/months since 406 and suddenly a witness shows up out of nowhere just the day before the oscars or day of. No one other than her would have waited that long and it sure isn't Colt or Luke that leaked it.

Thanks Kellie - That is so scary - I'm dreading it. What I'm more pissed with than anything is that the writers must have known there was a good chance they would not get renewed and we don't even get J/A in the same City for the last episode so no scenes together (unless they added one which is the alternate ending but I'm not getting my hopes up anymore)

Yes, any ending that is A/L is a HORRIBLE ending so I'm going to take comfort that it's not that. I hope. The plane cliffhanger is unsatisfying but I could deal with it. Not sure what else there is unless they just talk on the phone and agree to meet up when she gets back to town or something - which is stupid and unsatisfying. I don't know. But as long as Layla is out of the picture (and hopefully Nashville) I'll take it.

In the new one, it shows Juliette on the phone saying "I need to take responsibility", and then it shows Avery on the other end of the phone with Cadence in her crib in the background. Avery I think was crying but it so quick so not completely sure.

well it's a finale so Avery must cry. Hope he's crying because he feels guilty because he has a lot to feel guilty about.
