Um, I am not some computer geek, but if you can access Maxdome, I believe you can capture the video with a program called FRAPS : FRAPS show fps, record video game movies, screen capture software ... I usually use this program to capture me playing World of Warcraft, haha .. So this program is basically capture anything that happens in your monitor, including streaming video

But for downloading directly from Maxdome, I really have no idea

Or maybe you can use an add called DownloadHelper if you use Firefox?
