I see making a web series without Jemma though as big WTF. ~~The only reason the show had a hardcore fanbase was because of them~~

Ohhhhhhhhhh that isn't saying there's no Jemma, this is somebody statement speculating about the web series. They are ASSUMING there will be no Lucy or Kasia, since they are both currently working on other projects. It's not official.
