So Alba will date another man in the hopes of moving on from Jorge because she sees him with another woman. She is definitely not moving on though. She will take Jane on a double date with Ronaldo and his Harvard med school graduate grandson Chris. Rafael will be working that night, continuously staring and texting Jane as she hits it off with Chris I think. At one point no one at the table can hear each other because Rafael is loudly and forcefully shaking a cocktail. Jane finally gets up and texts Rafael to meet her in the back. She apologizes to Chris at the end for being distracted.

I don't know how real the date is. I think she is trying to move on but it also felt like she went on the double date to make sure the grandparents click. Same as Chris. Chris seems funny. Both Ronaldo and Chris speak Spanish, so glad to see more Latino characters.


Also Petra will be working on her lifestyle book. Jane will most likely be helping. In two scenes she is Petra's shadow. Walking behind her, taking notes. So I am thinking she might write the book.

I like the idea of comedy provided by Rafael's jealousy. I don't think we've seen their relationship in such a light tone before. But I'm gonna need Jane to reciprocate at some point!

Yeah sounds kind of funny. I agree with others, as long as Jane eventually reciprocates, I'm fine with their continued slow burn of J/R. I do wonder how things transpired for them to get to that point. I feel like most shows would have the couple who just kissed jump right into a relationship again, or course only to break up yet again. So if their slow burn raises the odds of them staying together for good, I'm fine with that.
