I mentioned earlier in the thread that Mateo never had a birthday on the show. He did celebrate his first birthday which he won't remember in Chapter Forty Three. He didn't get to have a party, though. Remember he spent the night in the hospital. I actually believe 1 year olds should not have birthday parties because they won't remember. A cupcake, candle and a photo is good enough.
